elegant and quite hotel”
it was a nice staying at this hotel with its elegant room the hotel is located in the heart of alhamra shopping area of beirut the main shopping street but quite no noise the hotel have good facilities and offer nice breakfast which I didn't try due to early closing at 10:00 am but it seems to be very attractive

Very enjoyable stay in a friendly atmosphere”
The hotel is situated around 200 m from the American University of Beirut & only 100 m from the Hamra street so it's close to everything. Great group of people running the place. Highly recommendable.

Nice and comfortable in a great location”
Good place to base yourself for a stay in Beirut. Very close to Hamra street so very easy to get around. The hotel offered everything you need and was clean and comfortable. The only let down was the gym -it doesn't exist anymore! Can't comment on the food as we didn't try it. Beirut has too much to offer food wise!

Location is perfect”
There are two hotel with similar too much to each other. One of is queens suite and the other queens boutique. It was so confusing for taxi driver and also us for first arriving. The breakfast was no valuable and the reception give us only two free bottle of water for 4 days. Even though the location is very good for everything. Rooms are really huge but old curtains and carpets

The hotel is located in an excellent position from where you can easily reach Zatunay Bay and the center; the rooms are and in a quite street out of the traffic noise. Breakfast is provided throughout all the morning with high quality and variety of food, fruits and cakes. The bathroom even if cleaned needs some renewals. The staff is exceptional outstanding, very polite and supportive. The price is absolutely worthy for what you are given. Strongly recommended.

Excellent location & staff”
Stayed here for 2 nights with family including an infant. Pros 1. Excellent location. 2. Lots of restaurants, coffee corner, apparel & grocery store nearby. 3. Very polite & welcoming staff especially Sarah. She helped us with all our queries and had a prompt response. 4. Rooms were spacious and clean. 5. Wifi speed was also good. 6. Breakfast has adequate variety and superb taste. Cons 1. Restaurant service of the hotel is average and require improvement. 2. Not a right place if you require a spectacular view from your room. Only street view available. Apart from this not much to say for cons. Overall great experience and looking forward for my next stay.

Great staff in a good hotel in the right location”
The staff was a class of their own. They booked taxi, rented car, maintained free valet service and they cared for their customer's stay. Ms Nesrin, from the manager staff, got all customers get a good mood with her smile and her personal engagement. Best and most friendly hotel service I have experienced. The breakfast was really nice, Lebanese and continental with fresh bread, juices, sweets, fruits and eggs and omelets. The interior was classy royal with nice beds. The wifi signal was strong (maybe they had at least two routers in every floor) and the internet downstream was about 500Kbps. The location very good. Near to shopping, bakeries, ATM:s and a walking distance to the administrative centre. Cabs are cheap too, but often you have to bargain.

it was a nice stay the room and hotel were nice clean and confortable the rooms are large and good decorated the bed is confortable the staff are very friendly the food is good you find good parking its street is not crowded it has two accesses I found it very pleasant you can find the location very easy and it is close to Alhamra street with many shops and many restaurants and pubs

I only stayed one night,arrived late in the afternoon and very early in the morning to the airport. I wasn't looking for anything fancy, only that my room was clean, comfortable, safe and inexpensive...and this is what I got. I had a TV and even a good wifi connection.

Three Nights Stay in Beirut”
I stayed in this hotel with my family for three nights. We faced a lot of problems. When we checked in, we found that the hotel was not properly cleaned, Rubbish still left on the kitchen cabinet and the floor around the sofa bed was not clean and oily. We have to ask the staff to clean the room again. The bed sheet and the blanket given to us for the sofa bed was very smelly. We have to ask them to change it but it was not done until the next evening. The water in the bathroom was very slow and difficult for us to take bath. The second day, when we return back at around 5pm, the room was not clean. We have to call the reception and he send someone to make the room. There were small cockroaches in the room as well. On the last day, we ask the hotel to book us a private tour to Harissa, Babylos and Jeita Grutto. We told them to get an English speaking guide. The arrange for us, but the guide could hardly speak English. He also drive very fast and drive dangerously and we nearly met with accidents few times during the journey. On many occasions the driver was texting while he was driving. I have to remind him many times to stop using his mobile phone. Our experience is not good at all. We will never use this hotel again in the future. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

except location and nice staff all horrible breakfast 1 star...they had renovation at the balcony and labour were passing inside the breakfast with their tools!!! Variety and quality are very low of the food hygiene of the room is 2 star max...towels are very rough....bathroom smelling so much.... No facilities at all...so am wondering how it is getting 4 star!!!
