Basic Room but good location”
Located near the Paddington station, the room was clean and breakfast included. Good for short stay, our room was facing the street and it was a bit noisy but overall it is a good deal for money. I recommend

First time in London”
Excellent location. Took the heathrow express and got off at Paddinton Station. From here it was a few minutes walk to the hotel! It was also near a lot of tourist attractions. Sometimes it was better to take the uber than the underground. Room was small and basic as expected. Breakfast was the usual toast, coffee, tea, cereals, fruit.

Pleasant hotel”
We required a hotel close to Hyde Park for the BST Festival and this hotel met our needs, being approx 10 min walk away. Rooms were functional and clean and reception staff welcoming and polite. We would definitely stay here again due to proximity and value for money

Budget - 1 night stay”
Good service at the reception. Stayed only for a night, early February. Got a Queen size bed, but the room was very small. Did not expect much, but for 57 euros, this was a good deal. The price included breakfast with toasts, cereals and boiled eggs. Reccommended for a short stay and provided you do not have great expectations.

Nearly £90 for such a tiny room seems very expensive to me. I guess one is paying for location which is incredibly handy for Paddington Station. My room was in the basement so wifi was poor and TV didn't receive at all. Neither the towel rail nor the radiator was working though an electric fire was available. No help was offered with my luggage though it was awkward getting down there. Next to breakfast room with incredibly thin walls. Was woken very early by staff arriving and preparing. Maybe the rest of the hotel is better but room 06 is over-priced.

No A/C and tiny bathrooms no exaggeration ”
Pros: 2 mins to and from Paddington station Comfortable beds Cons: No A/C Just a fan and open window to make the room cool AVOID 4th floor, with heavy luggage good luck with that. You need to climb up the stairs. Bathrooms are so tiny I’m 6’1”. For me to sit on toilet I needed to sit side ways and with the door open, so I can take care of business. Impossible to sit normal on toilet unless your 4’ no exaggeration

Room too small and hot... bathroom tiny ... shower little more then a trickle.. not enough couner space or shelf space in the bathroom. Not particularly clean o4 well presented building/room. Really can't think of a positive.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel staff was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. Location was 2 blocks from Paddington tube. Hotel room was very clean. Would come back to Queensway anytime !

It's perfect for a few nights”
Nothing to write home about, but it's in a great location: just a short walk from Paddington Station and very close to Hyde Park. I was only staying here for a night. They gave me the top floor. Beautiful views of the trees and rooftops outside, but the lift only goes to the 3rd floor. I had no problems luggage my big suitcase up the super narrow staircase, but some people may find it difficult. The room itself is simple, has a small ensuite toilet with standing shower. Water pressure was strong with plenty of hot water. There's a small desk with a stool. Bed was old but comfortable. Wifi is free and was very strong from my room.

Nice hotel, good location ”
We stayed during the hottest weekend (4/5 July) and found the room very hot. Saying that it was no fault of the hotel and our stay was very pleasant. The man on reception was very pleasant and as our checkout was at 11 and the train home at 8 he let us leave 3 of our bags in the office till we needed to collect them. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

Value for money”
I was pleasantly surprised.3-min walk to Paddington station. It was cheaper than another hotel I stayed in nearby so I didn't expect much. Yet, aside from being clean and quieter (no subway rumble), it was better furnished, more modern, had a lift, had thick towels. The room I stayed in even had aircon. The beds could use replacement, though because it was sinking in the middle. However, overall it was a pleasant stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in London.

We had a triple room. Someone previously wrote that it is dirty and dark. This is not true now. The room has been renovated. It is clean and quite large for three adults. Unfortunately, breakfast is served only to 9.20 am :) Being in London only for the weekend, we did not think that we would have to wake up before 9 am. It's a pity that there is no information about it. Service is very nice, so I can only recommend this hotel.

Great location, only few minutes walk to Paddington station. Nice staff. Allow early check-in, which is wonderful for arrive at 6am. Reasonable price. Typical small hotel in London. Free wifi only avaliable in lobby but no signal in room. Overall, happy to stay in this customer friendly hotel.

The hotel was great as a "sleeping place" while sight seeing London. Breakfast was ok with toast, coffee, croissants, etc. Location was easy and close to Marble Arch/Oxford Street.
