The best hotel in Invercargill. Was surprised with other Quest hotel I’ve experienced in New Zealand for me I could give a 5 star rate for them. Room was sooo well maintained with modern facilities and thought that windows has no black cover shades but THERE IS! It sooo feel comfy staying here and not to mention the location is just right there of the central Monument where every shops and restaurant is within few steps walk. The 2 staffs Nel and Jaz were very awesome and I would give them 2 thumbs up for customer service. I would definitely stay here again once we go back Invercargill❤️

A fabulous huge apartment space. Beautiful furnishings, superbly comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful with all enquires . Suggested a restaurant for dinner. The food was great.

I would recommend the Quest at Invercargill. The room was a studio suite which didn't have a washing machine. Had to use the hotel machine instead, that was Close to the all shops and restaurants.

Handy location and spacious room”
Our room was very large and beautifully styled. Kitchenette facilities snd slso laundry facilities which was very handy. Right in town with car parking. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

COMFORTABLE, MODERN COSEY ”
Stayed for a night and was perfect, room was warm on arrival, room was modern fairly spacious and comfortable bed and reasonable size bathroom. If you want a nice view and or a balcony then this isn't the place for you. I did like the very high ceiling to make to feel more spacious. Parking in free right out the front or around side but its not secure parking. Hells Pizza And Subway are right next door if you want to grab something close to eat.

No point staying here really”
No reception staff after 5pm, use the intercom and then pick your keys up from the front desk. Foyer is dingy and uninviting, no amenities to speak of. Got to room and heating had not been turned on, it was freezing. Very little lighting in the hallways, seems management are trying to skimp to save money. No light visible on smoke alarm in room, suspect this had been disconnected. Never saw any staff.

We stayed one night in a studio apartment. The building is old, particularly noticeable in the corridors with squeeky floors. The studio apartment, although a bit dated, was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was very spacious for a studio with a large shower, which for an unsteady person would benefit from a rail or something to hang onto. The room was very clean and had good facilities except that there was no stovetop. We stayed on a Saturday night after the Christmas parade and there was a bit of noise from hoons in cars some distance away. I was concerned about the safety of the car that night as the car park is adjacent to a main road with no fencing. We thought that Invercargill was well laid out, very tidy and had a great Botanical Gardens with impressive aviary and animal enclosures. You often need to get off the main road to appreciate a town or city. The buffet food at the Working Mens club is good.

Good location in a soulless city”
We stayed in Invercargill en route between Dunedin and Te Anu. The studio was fine, though a little tired around the edges. What was disappointing however was the lack of activity, and even open restaurants, on a Saturday night. Maybe we missed what Invercargill has to offer but next time we'll consider staying at nearby Riverton instead.

I always enjoy staying here. The location is great. The rooms have everything you need and are tastefully decorated. The price is very reasonable. The only thing I would appreciate in seeing was getting the carpets cleaned. The nasty stains are off putting.
