VIP lounge @7th floor -the best!!”
I booked for deluxe room with no bfast included knowing that we will stay out the whole day, we just need a place to stay overnight....when the front desk personnel asked me to upgrade and told me the perks that we will be getting, i immediately said yes!...for addtl 2500, we will have an access on our VIP lounge @ 7th flr w/ perfect view of the vicinity...the place is so clean and new...personnel are very accommodating..and the food - - the best!!.. unli pika-pika, overflowing drinks, cocktail night @ 5-7pm (margarita - one of the best)..and the breakfast - - so many choices...also, their gym has new equipments... we will definitely come back and recommend this hotel...

Not the first time for Quest. Very helpful for Clark-based trips/flights. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff very attentive, welcoming, and helpful. Variety of choices for food even for breakfast. Swimming pool adds to the value and convenience. Parking is accessible. Front Office Staff were great! Child friendly. Love the bamboo bikes although I never got to use them. View from the room was very soothing and great for morning people like me. Highly recommended ! Looking forward to my next stay!

Family friendly hotel”
Celebrated my birthday at Quest this weekend and we enjoyed! Staff are very accommodating they didn't even hesitate to assigned us a nurse to attend to my son's wounded foot because of an accident at Clark International Speedway. Our other kids enjoyed the pool. We also love the food. The rooms are clean but I suggest for them to put bidet in each room's comfort room but other than that everything went smoothly. We will definitely go back and check in again at Quest on the next race events. THANK YOU QUEST!

Comfy room experience. Would love to return”
Room, sheets and towels are clean, though a little scrubbing on the tiles of the bathroom would make it look better. T&b is not that spacious but size is ok Location is perfect especially if you want to go biking, jog or strolling outside. Lots of trees! Staff are professional Breakfast buffet, in my opinion is limited. The gym and pool area looks nice though we didn't use it

My family enjoyed our stay we got 2 rooms and our request was granted. Rooms and linens are cleaned. Polite and accommodating staff. Amenities are well maintained and clean. I love their location, if your looking for quiet place to relax this hotel is must try. Breakfast food is good also. Overall highly recommended.

We went here during the holy week so it is understandable if they are busy but they did their best to attend to customers. Difficult to contact the front desk but as mentioned it was the holy week so understandable. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Always willing to help. Staff are all courteous. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices and children eat for free! So nice! There’s a child playroom available as well. We stayed 2 nights and did not have any problem during our stay. Stay was smooth from check in to check out.

We joined a triathlon and location was a few steps from the starting line. My husband was injured during the bike leg and so we had to rush to a hospital. We ended up extending beyond check-out time. Weekend overnight”
Our first time in this hotel and had a good experience. Requested for early check in at 11am and they said they would call once room is available. After an hour, I received a call from the receptionist with the good news. They definitely have good customer service. We brought a bicycle with us and they allowed us to bring inside the room, at the same time offering their storage area if we feel the room is crowded. My first impression was the lobby was small and crowded, you can only see the restaurant and the long hall way. The room gave us the "vacation vibes". It is pretty old but decently maintained. You'll see the bathroom stains and some corner of the floor seemed dirty but actually they are just stained (corner parts where there are no carpet). Don't get me wrong though, we like the place. I love the window shutters specially :) Anyway, we also roamed around and in the hotel. There's Acacia garden right outside where you can sit and relax if you'd like to take a walk. Inside the hotel we walked the hallway stretch and found the all the amenities available. I was impressed with their nice gym and pool (with foam party on saturdays). We also saw the children's play area, but probably the least maintained in the place. For parking, they have a free open parking near one of the hotel's entrance/exit. We always do in-room dining in every hotel, and this has one of the longest waiting time, 40 minutes. Price was same as some manila hotel prices, was kind of expecting it should be a bit lower, since we are in the province. At check out time, we tried to avoid the check out rush and long waiting time but there were only 2 receptionists handling check out so the line was long. Oh yeah...they have available drinking water for guests in the hallway. That's a plus :) We are visiting again soon!

Arrived at this hotel and made me nostalgic. It was like the hotel we stayed in Amsterdam. Staff was all accommodating and helpful because we arrived late at the hotel. They didnt make us wait for a long time for the check in, process was smooth and hassle free.
