Great Value + Great Location”
A lovely homestay near the nightmarket and a few minutes walk from the old town. Quite area just off from river front. Ms Kieu is a lovely host who is very helpful if you need bikes, scooters, taxis or tours. The room is standard but great for the price. If you are looking for a place just to sleep near the centre of town, then this is a great option. I would stay again.

Softest bed so far in Vietnam, close to everything. Breakfast for a fee but get local food in restaurants that specialize in local HoiAn specialties close to DaNang and the Marble Mountains. Hardly anyone speaks English so download an app to communicate. Friendly staff, only room we stayed in that has power on when you leave the hotel...great for recharging power banks...great value for money being so close to the old quarter.

In a quiet street,3mn walk to the night market. 7mn to the old town. The homestay is clean. Friendly staff. Good wifi. Can book taxi to airport for a Good price. Will adore book trains. Buses. Tours. ..

A couple of issues but otherwise great”
Great location slightly away from the hussle and bussle, only issues were they enter your room while you're out to replace towels and also turn off all the electrics while they're in there do fridge warms up and water heater cools down, not a massive issue but annoying not to be as to have a shower after returning from a day out. Also the doors are very thin and the owners do a lot of shouting at each other starting at 6am. If you're heavy sleepers you'll be OK, otherwise you may want to look elsewhere.

The rooms at the front 2nd floor are very nice, have balcony and comfortable, if small. Nice light. Other rooms have small windows, but are OK. Great staff.

Small, unclean and ants ”
We had booked a superior double room but there was no superior about the room. It was very small, we could barely unpack our backs. The sheet had stains and we had a small invention of ants in our room. The bathroom was also very small. The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. If you are on a budget you can stay for a night, but otherwise you can pay 5 $ more for an other hotel with excellent facilities.

Une très bonne experience à Hoi An”
+ : chambre impec, emplacement, proche du centre tout en conservant un peu de recul (la nuit c'est calme), gentillesse et attention du personnel etc - :pour chipoter, rapidité du service le matin, j'ai attendu longtemps mon pancake banane, mais c'est pas grave !

Schöne Zeit bei Quy”
Eigentlich hatte ich nur eine Nacht gebucht,geblieben bin ich dann vier! Hatte ein Einzelzimmer mit einem großen bequemen Bett! Alles war sehr sauber! Mit dabei sind bei Quy Fahrräder, mit denen man an den Strand fahren kann! Quy war sehr hilfsbereit! Ich würde hier wieder übernachten!

良いところ ・立地が最高。 ・ホストのkieuさんがすごく素敵な方。各種ツアー等も相談に乗ってくれる。 ・深夜は門が閉まるため、安全である。 ・ホームステイという特性の為、入口付近のテーブルで他の宿泊者と談笑する事も出来ます(勿論しない事も可能) 悪いところ ・部屋自体は無難。少し古いものの清潔にはしています。 ホストのkieuさんと出会えた事だけで大満足です。ホイアンの良い思い出の一部となるホームステイでした。
