The place is really clean and rooms are big and staff are very friendly and helpful they gave me bije for free during my stay also got me taxi to the airport with cheaper price i love this place and would definitely recommend it

We had to send three emails to get an answer about if we could use the kitchen or not, at the end they accepted. The kitchen is not which is shown in the pucture (unfortunately). Otherwise all was right, friendly staff, they cleaned daily our room, good room with fridge, all was perfect.

Big clean rooms and free bikes ”
Rooms are huge with walk in showers and air con. Bikes are free to use daily. Arrived at 7 but weren’t able to check in until 2, though they did let us leave our bags in the reception area which was handy. Barely saw the staff. It is a 20 minute walk into the ancient town, but like I said you can use the bikes.

I felt like I was part of the family! ”
What started as a three night stay turned into a seven night visit. Hoi An is a truly wonderful place to vacation and the Quynh Nhan homestay was a fantastic homebase. They've only been opened for two weeks (!!!) and yet it feels like they've been doing this for years. Breakfast is served every morning - simple but tasty. My room, on the ground floor, was quiet and spacious. All appliances worked great and I slept like a baby every night. My favorite parts of the homestay, though, were the free bikes and the family running it. The homestay is about a seven minute bike ride into the center of the Old Town. I loved biking everywhere in Hoi An. And the bikes had baskets and locks :) The family was so welcoming and accommodating. I felt at home and looked forward to returning here every day after the crazy heat of the afternoon. I highly recommend this place and wish them the best of luck!!

Amazing room for the price!”
We took a chance on this place because of its great reviews and we were glad we did! They offer enormous rooms in a clean, spacious house just outside old town. The owners were always very friendly, greeting us with a smile every time we came and went. The rooms and bathroom are extremely spacious and clean. The bed is hard, but it's what you would expect in Vietnam. The location is great. It was close enough to old town to walk, which we found really convenient. They also offer free bicycles, but it's hard to figure out where you can park them and they weren't in the best condition (the pedals keep coming loose and the seats were hard to adjust since they would just slip down to their lowest point), so we usually opted to walk. We were also able to bike straight to the beach in 15 minutes. You only have to make one turn to get there. We stayed at a different, more expensive place for the other half of our stay in Hoi An and we wished we would have stayed here the whole time because it was much better for half the price.

A friendly family run hotel that aims to provide good service. We had a wonderful time in Hoi An. Food was well-priced and delicious and we had most of our meals in the hotel during our 5 night stay. We knew we could always return to a clean, spacious and friendly homestay after a busy day shopping or time on the beach. Free bicycles were great and the beach was 20min cycle away. Would recommend.

Very comfortable stay”
We enjoyed our stay at Quynh Nhan. When we arrived and got shown to our double room, we found the room to have 2 single beds beside each other instead of a double bed. The room also didn't match the photos depicting the room we booked on Agoda. We mentioned this to staff; they apologized and moved us to the right room the next day. Other that this minor issue, I'd highly recommend this homestay. Both rooms were very comfortable in general. The homestay is located slightly out of the center of town but still walking/cycling distance.

Better than expected”
We booked two spacious family rooms on the 2nd floor, with street view and a small balcony. Our beds are comfortable. The bathrooms have glass-walled shower stalls. The A/Cs run quiet and get the room cold very fast. There were a few tiny ants on our beds one day but they didn't bother us. We decided to stay for one more night. The friendly hostess agreed with the disclaimer that we might experience some loud construction noise during the day. We also experienced some water pressure problem but she had that fixed as soon as we reported that. She also gave us a small discount for our inconvenience on that last day. The location is a bit outside of the ancient town area where most shops/restaurants/hotels are located, but we borrowed the (free) bicycles available for guests and easily got to town within 10 minutes or so. Unless you are not fit, the location should not be too much of an inconvenience. If you're too lazy to ride the bikes, a short taxi ride (for $2) should take you to the town center easily. The homestay didn't offer breakfast but a few doors to the left (or the right), you could get a "banh mi" Vietnamese sandwich or a bowl of "pho" Vietnamese beef noodle, and a hot/iced milk coffee for around USD $1-2 total. We visited the "silk village" nearby (about 5 minutes of bike ride) and I bought 3 raw silk dresses off the rack (for about $50). The dresses are beautiful; a bit more expensive than those offered in the market but guaranteed as locally produced materials (not with imported Chinese materials). The bus stop where you can catch buses to Da Nang (at a dirt cheap rate) is only 5 minutes of walking distance from the homestay. I was sitting on my bus ready to depart when one of the homestay employees rushed there on her bicycle and returned to me a dress I had forgotten in the room wardrobe. How kind of them!

One of the best places to stay on Vietnam! ”
We had an amazing stay here. The guesthouse is huge and is always super clean and tidy. It is a beautiful home! We had a standard room and it was huge with a massive bed and bathroom. The shower is super hot and the shower room is large. You get free breakfast each day and it was delicious- you order what you want the night before. There are free bicycles to use. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the city centre which we liked. You can easily bike it in 5 minutes. The staff are super friendly and willing to help. There are free computers in the lobby to use and they are nice and fast. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Hoi An!

Great guesthouse”
Had a really nice stay here, we originally booked it for 3 nights but ended up staying for 5. Really close to the main tourist area and the free bikes make it so easy to explore Hoi An. The room was always clean and comfortable to stay in. Breakfast was always good with plenty of different options (try the Banh Mi, so good!) and the family even offered us a free lunch one of the days, which we really didnt expect. Overall a great value for the money and would definitely stay here again while in Hoi An

The hotel is located right next to the Hoi An bus station so it is very easy to walk to the hotel. My friend and I booked the probably cheapest room (around 12 usd) in the ground floor but when we came, the very kind hostress guided us to the big room (about 25 usd) in the first floor without charging any more fee. The beverages stored in the fridge are also very cheap, I mean as cheap as the grocery outside. The service is also very nice. We borrowed bikes for free. Definitely recommend you guys!

Spent 8 days in a front room with balcony at this wonderful homestay.Room had 1 Queen and 1 Double bed,flat screen TV,Minibar,Toiletries.Room cleaned and towels changed everyday.Free use of bicycles,hire of motorbike.Laundry service,Tours and Taxis'arranged,use of cooking facilities.Helpfulness and friendliness of staff is very appreciated.Just 10-15 minutes walk to "Old Town"... quicker and cooler by bicycle.I highly reccommend this Homestay,will stay here again next time in Hoi An.
