Great location, efficient staff”

Loved the location, near Sakae subway station though you need to know how to walk there. No problem if you have a map beforehand. There is also a bus terminal at Sakae station where you can catch the airport bus but you need to know the timings beforehand so you won't miss it (it's not that frequent). Hotel is near to many options of 24hr convenience stores, dining places including McDonalds, Western & Japanese food. Reception staff spoke little English but was very efficient & courteous. Room was comfortable & clean though very small. A LAN cable for free internet was provided. There was a TV & a tiny fridge in the room. Reception provides you with daily supply of toothpaste & toothbrush and you can choose pyjamas from the reception. Breakfast was a small selection of different breads/pastries, 3 kinds of soups, hard boiled eggs and juices but they were nice. Overall, I would come here again.

Decent hotel”

Conveniently located in Sakae, this hotel was not so difficult to find from the subway station once you find the district office in exit 12. Nice staff, check-in was at 4 pm but we were able to store our luggage and explore the area. Later when we went up to the room, it was little bit small but was clean and we were given complementary shower gowns to change into. Also there's free breakfast in the lobby area in the morning which was nice. All in all not a bad choice and I thank the nice staff for helping us.

Convenient located hotel with free breakfast”

Free breads and coffee for breakfast, simple and tasty. Rooms are small but tidy. Very good location and it is just a few minutes walk to the shopping area like Mitsukoshi, many restaurants nearby will open until late night. Staff were nice and helpful.

well priced hotel in the heat of the Sakae area”

Wonderful clean little room with a decent small breakfast. Cheerful and helpful staff. Great location for taking in Sakae and the tv tower.

Too late check-in time(4pm), Have to leave room before 10am to have room cleaned, No coffee-pot, coffee/tee in the room(have to go down to lobby to get hot water)

Location hotel & car parking service ”

Sorry to say who's considering to stay here on my past 3d2n share here, in the morning very busy who's need more time rest, who's on drive make sure ask front desk help if you not sure car parking conditions because I get charged 4.1k yen per over night as per conditions in this hotel over night only 1.5k yen. Finally I have discussed with reception they only just say Sorry.

Everything was perfect. I did not know but the location was the heart of downtown area and it was super easy to get around from the hotel.

海外から出張で帰ってきたら、息子がコロナ陽性になっていました。 仕事柄次の出張を控えており自宅に戻ることが出来ないので、当ホテルに数日泊まらせて頂きました。 部屋は清潔で、また当方のリクエストも聞いて頂き安心して宿泊をすることが出来ました。 ホテルは地下鉄からも便利がよく、周りには沢山の飲食店やコンビニエンスストアがあり非常に快適だと感じました。 また機会があれば、宿泊したいとおもいます。

場所とコスパで選ぶなら”

中日ビルに近く、場所的にはとても良いと思います。 スタッフさんも感じが良く、とても親切でした。 部屋は清潔で狭くはないのですが、机が小さくて 仕事はできません。 バゲージを置くスペースは無く、荷を解くのに苦労します。 スペースがあるのだから、その辺りを改善すれば、かなり快適になると思います。 あと、朝食は女性向け。 男性ビジネスマンにはちょっと物足りないと思います。 改善を期待しながら、また利用したいと思います。

朝食が質素なのを除けば、文句なしです。欲を言えば、テレビが小さいことかな。

何もふびはありませんてした。 スタッフの外国の方、一生懸命対応して挨拶もキビキビ！シーツ交換、ビシッとされてましたよ。 一人ならまた利用したいと思いました。
