Excellent hotel and location”
I stayed 8 nights here & was most impressed with the staff & hotel in general. On arrival, after negotiating long, very narrow passageways & travelling in a tiny lift, I was shown to a tiny room on the third floor. As I was staying eight nights, I didn’t want to spend my week finding my room so requested a change. I was shown two other rooms & opted for a larger one on the ground floor. This had a huge bathroom & was more satisfactory. The only minus was the window looked out onto drains & walls. I agreed to accept this room. 2 days later, I awoke to find my charging iphone was drenched with water from the air conditioning unit above overnight. The phone & it’s leather cover were soaked. I immediately dashed to reception to request a staff member witness the incident and was immediately upgraded to a far better room. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful, the breakfast was most impressive & the location is perfect with tube & supermarket just minutes away.

Very convenient location and wonderful support staff”
Pros: just 100 m from the gloucester tlroad tube station, right in central london, within walking distance to all major landmarks. Dutect tube to heathrow. Support staff very friendly, courteous... Cons: their standard room us very small, but they upgraded me to larger room which was good. Tall celings, heritage building. All in all good value dor money, highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel renovated from a classic town residence ”
I stayed this hotel for one night during my visit from London to Brussel. Very nice location and staffs were very kind. I love their decor that is a great mix of classic residence and modern taste. Room was very comfortable and relaxing. I love history and staying at a hotel that were renovated from old residential town house was quite an experience. There are multiple Radisson Hotels and you may want to make sure which one is your hotel when checking the location. I made mistake and went to other one first.

Virgin London Marathon”
Apart from having great staff and facilities, what stood out for me was the location. I was in London both on business and pleasure. The stand out feature was location. A few steps from the hotel is the Gloucester Road tube station Accessing the hotel from both Heathrow and Gatwick via this station was easy. So was the VLM Expo, and the start and the finish. Shopping the area is great as well as easy access to the museums. Defiantly will stay here again.

Beautiful old charm, modern bathroom, A/C”
The room was tiny but clean and had double glaze windows to keep all street noise out. The breakfast was amazing and gorgeous! My only critique was the lighting in the bathroom is from the ceiling which creates shadows and makes it hard to put on makeup. The shower required me asking a staff member for assistance to sort out why the water was scalding.

Excellent Service and Location”
This hotel has outstanding staff. The location is perfect . A short walk to the Tube. Lots of restaurants are in the area. The rooms are very clean, but do vary in size. There is a restaurant and bar. We would stay there again, but it is pricey.

Excellent Hotel for Solo Travel”
The hotel is located only a corner turn from Gloucester Road station which has is a connecting line to the airport. Also easy to access other parts of London city from Gloucester Road station. Lots of wonderful restaurants and cafes around the hotel proximity and very safe to walk around at night. National history museum, Science museum and V&A museum are within all walking distance from the hotel. South Kensington is also within easy walking distance which has lots of cafes and restaurants as well. Hotel room was small but that is normal for London standards so it was totally fine. It was clean, had Nespresso coffee, kettle and everything expected. Bathroom was a good size and clean. The building itself is very classic, well maintained and absolutely beautiful. The staff members are friendly and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel is my friends and family.

Superb location”
A great hotel location wise. Close to bus stops and Gloucester Road tube. A very functional bedroom. I found the bath a bit slippery when trying to get out after my showers. Ideal fridge in the room. I’m not sure the a/c is as functional as it should be. I wouldn’t like to test it in the summer. I found the room too warm so I’m the end I opened the windows. Lovely staff working on reception & restaurant. I’d definitely stay again if the price was right. Agoda had an offer which is why I chose this hotel this time.

The location is right off the tube (circle line and others), so it was very easy to get everywhere and the neighborhood was nice with some restaurants but not loud. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice, but rooms are European small and very winding halls, but overall a very nice place. The bar was very nice for a drink.

A nice hotel in a good location for what we wanted. Doesn't have car parking facilities which was a problem. The lift was very small and would only fit 4 people in. Staff were friendly and professional. Would recommend
