With a 20 hour stopover on my way home to Wales from Melbourne I was allowed to book in to my room very early. Excellent service from free airport transfers, wonderfully helpful desk staff, concierge who could not do enough. Lovely large room with lots of bottled water, team and coffee. Complimentary fruit bowl later in the day. Amazing pool and huge choice of restaurants . I chose the Italian one and had a lovely meal served by excellent staff. My only regret is I didn’t get to spend longer at this hotel and will def arrange a longer stopover next time.
