My family often comes to resort at Radisson Blu Phu Quoc Resort, this is a very wonderful 5-star resort, with a clean swimming pool and a very beautiful beach, beautiful rooms, cool space, surrounded by a chain of restaurants. Almaz cuisine, Grand World,Vinpearland, entertainment area, Vinoasis, Casino are a world-class complex. Staff from the reception to the restaurant are very enthusiastic, friendly and attentive. I’m in love with this place, I wish I could vote for this hotel 10 stars. The staffs were very helpful especially the Front desk and bellman team. They always be there for you. The hotel provides you almost every facilities from good rooms to great meals. I stayed 3 nights and wanted to extend my stay longer as I know will miss here if I leave. We had a good time here. Staffs are exceptionally attentive. They also have free shuttles to town and back which is a really nice bonus since taxi can cost roughly $25 one way. I would recomend anyone to stay here.

I've just spent 2 nights in Radisson Blu Phu Quoc and though it's no doubted that this resort has a good facilities and services, food quality is not as good as expected. From my point of view, you may get a shuttle bus to the downtown in Duong Dong or get a free tuktuk to get to VinWonders so that you can have more choices in entertainment and restaurants.

Hotel is good no doubt but i was surprised and shocked that at the time of check in staff asked me to deposit some amount in advance despite my full payment of room.they told me this is the policy of the hotel that every guest have to deposit some advance money with the hotel and that will be adjusted in the bills further like in restaurents bill and other services taken by you.But i was too much surprised and they want it in cash not by card.i told them straight that i cant do that as i need to show all the expenses to tax deptt so i cant pay any advance in cash i would prefer through card only.for that they are not ready.then i told them i will pay/clear immediately when i will take any services in their hotel.i visited many country and stayed more better hotel rather than this and no one asked me like that.so this is my advice be careful and ready for that too and must clear other policy directly from hotel as i do talk about all this to the manager and he answered me same.
