Fantastic hotel, a must visits place!”
The hotel offers excellent facilities and the service is very good. This is by far my favorite 5* hotel in Muscat to date. Staff very well trained, food good quality. In fact, the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All the people are incredibly helpful, attentive and generous with their time and advice including Sonia from the lounge, Umesh and Siham from the restaurant and all the remaining front office team. The hotel room was beautiful yet very comfortable, every time I came back from outside it was always clean to perfection. I absolutely loved everything about my stay. Thanks everyone will definitely be booking the property again , good job guys.

No sleep but nice”
We came here two years ago on our last night of holiday before an early flight and it really surprised us how nice it was. It is still nice, but unfortunately this time our visit coincided with a party in the function rooms that was far too loud. We had to get up at 5 so hit the sack early. At 11, we started hearing the bass of loud music in our room. We phoned downstairs and was told that there was no music in hotel and the security guard would check out our corridor (despite me saying it was probably the party 3 floors down). Same response at 11:20 and 11:50. At 12, I went downstairs and was told the same thing by reception. I took him down to the loud party. He disappeared and I went back to room. At 12:30 my wife called. The music went off by 1 but of course took ages to get to sleep as it’s not nice getting cross at 1. Lovely hotel otherwise. Food for airport. Maybe Friday nights are not best there. Did have BEST curry of my life on the LG. Pumpkin and chickpea? And a cauli Dahl.

Strange Experience”
I stayed for a week, arriving early morning, and to my surprise, all lights outdoors were off, and few at the reception were on. I dragged my bags on my own to the inside and there was no one at the counters nor elsewhere for about 5 minutes. I had asked for airport pickup and it was confirmed by the hotel, then on arrival, after waiting for 20 minutes without anyone with a sign with my name on it, I exited and took some taxi from the airport queue instead. The cleaning staff didn't clean the bathroom properly twice, leaving the trash bin full on both times. Ordering food at the basement main restaurant takes forever... 15 minutes till someone comes over to take the order, and if you need anything else later, it's another 10-15 minute wait.

We stayed here because of its proximity to the airport. Our flight landed in the late evening but the hotel shuttle runs on a schedule that we were not in sync with. It was easy to take a cab from the airport for 6.5 OR just like the hotel staff predicted. When we arrived we found everyone to be very welcoming. The room is very large and very comfortable.

Good for short gateway”
I was looking for short gateway during long weekend and found this hotel in Agoda. Hotel was located near airport, but practically in the middle of nowhere, so its not recommended for those looking for nearby attractions. The hotel itself was looking very nice and modern, thanks to its relatively new building and excellent materials and furnitures. The room was very good, with modern amenities. Bathroom was spacious with separated shower and bathtub. Hotel pool was nice as well, thought the base was a bit dark, shouldve used brighter color to attract more. The outdoor restaurant was very pleasant during the night, with large pond and beautiful lanterns. Overall the stay was very nice, and would consider for our next stay.

Outstanding Hotel in Oman. Close to the mall. Were very accommodating in letting me check in early given that I landed at 8am. My room was fabulous; it was a struggle to leave it throughout my stay. The best outdoor pool I have ever used. The temperature was perfect especially at night. Would definitely stay there again!
