Good American-style hotel near Narita Int'l Airport”
We stayed at the Radisson Hotel Narita to catch an early flight out of Narita. It's a clean, comfortable hotel that has large rooms for a hotel in Japan. The rooms are like staying at an American hotel though the decor could use an update and my wife mentioned that the hair dryer didn't work well. The bed was super comfortable. The restaurant is decent though a bit overpriced (like an American hotel restaurant). There is also a little sports bar that's a good place to have a drink and a snack. The free airport shuttle is about 30 minutes ride to the airport and convenient. It's a bit of a pain to get to the hotel from central Tokyo—it's a 80- or 90- minute bus ride from Tokyo Station, but at least the JR bus drops you off right at the hotel. The staff were all super courteous and helpful. All the staff persons that I encountered spoke English pretty well.

Radisson Hotel Narita”
We stayed for 1 night only. From the courtacy bus from Narita airport to the entrance of the hotel and the professionalism of all the staff, it struck me that the Radisson was a Hotel of high class. Everything was so clean and shiney and spotless--we felt like royalty!!!! The rooms were big and comfortable and we really rested after a long flight from Australia. It was really a value for money stay and we wished tht we could stay longer. If it wasn't for the travel time and money that we would waste to do sightseeing in TOKYO, we would have stayed at the Radisson the whole time.Maybe if the bus to Tokyo was free for people staying at the Hotel for 3 days and longer, it would have been worthwhile just to stay at the Radisson and go to Tokyo every day. We enjoyed out brief stay at the Radisson and would recommend it to anybody.

Lovely and a great hotel”
After a long flight, the hotel provides comfort and recharge our energy. The airport bus is runing every 15 min. which excellent. We arrived at 11:00 pm at the Hotel and room service was excellent and food is great. The room is very comfortable The room has lots of muti country power points for our computers, iphone and ipad. The breadfast at the coffer shop was excellent. The ball boys were very helpful. They even help me to change the note into coins for local call. The Hotel has free transportation to Airport and local temple. The bus to Tokyo is so convenience and comfortable. We will book Radisson Hotel Narita again and stay longer in order to enjoy the htoel Hospitality.

My home away from home”
When I fly into Narita airport, I like to spend a few nights at the Radisson Narita to recover from the stress of travel before I begin my visit to Japan. And I like to spend one night there before I fly off again, to reorganize my bags, take care of any last minute business, and relax in their comfortable environment. Everyone on the staff is super-friendly and courteous, and there are lots of amenities - indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, several restaurants with excellent food, a convenience store in the lobby, a snack bar, airport shuttle buses, and highway buses to the town of Narita and to Tokyo Station.

Great for Narita layover, excellent breakfast”
We were able to call the hotel the day before to arrange for the airport shuttle to pick us up. They gave clear directions and we were able to find the shuttle without problem (when communicating with hotel, it will be helpful if you know what terminal you are arriving into Narita). When we checked in, we were originally told that there would be an additional charge of 4500 JPY for the baby crib (cot). This surprised us, but we had no choice. Later, the front desk called us and told us there was a mistake, and the crib would be no extra charge. This made us feel better. The service was very good - helpful in all aspects. Room was clean, large enough, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT. Hotel is also a bus pickup point for a shuttle bus going to Tokyo station. Cost was around 2500 JPY per person. TIP: Hotel has no ATM machine, and bus tickets must be paid for in cash (though hotel and incidentals can be paid for with credit card). They exchange currency at the hotel, but the rate is poor. Consider getting a bit of JPY currency before arriving to this hotel (for example, at the airport). I would highly recommend this hotel if you have a one night layover for Narita airport or if you get into Narita later in the evening and just need an intermediate stop before venturing closer to Tokyo the next day.

Big Clean comfy room and relax location”
The room I got from Radisson Hotel Narita, is much bigger than the other hotels from the Narita area. In this hotel room, I had no problem opening up two check-in luggage and packed them, whereas I used another hotel in the Narita area, I could barely bring in my two check-in luggage. Room in Radisson is clean and comfy. Hotel is located at a relax area. Its a shame I didn't spent much time at the hotel. Staff there are friendly and helpful. Most of all, free parking is available whereas most of the hotel in the area require parking fee.

Nice room with free shuttle to Narita”
We stayed at the Radisson on a Sunday night with a departing flight Monday morning. easiest to take Narita express from Tokyo and get free shuttle from airport. Upon our arrival we were given a free upgrade on room and good meal at reasonable price. Large rooms unlike typical Tokyo hotels. Hotel served its purpose perfectly!

excellent hotel & staff”
As this was our third trip to Japan & we were arriving late from Australia we decided to stay two nights so we could have a bit of a look at Narita. We had to take a cab from the airport which cost us 42000 yen (about$50AUD)so cash is needed. The hotel is very comfortable, set in attractive parkland. We were very happy with our choice. We were able to go into the area around the station on the bus & visit Narita-san which is a beautiful temple precinct surrounded by well kept grounds. We also went to AEON mall which has plenty of cafes & shops, my personal favourite being Book Off. We took the Highway bus to Tokyo then stayed again at Narita for our last night in Japan. We were able to be relaxed in pleasant surroundings before our flight.
