Very convenient location. The property is new and good. Excellent buffet spread for dinner as well as morning breakfast. Very good room size as well. The staff is very friendly and courteous, special mention to Ms Megha who made the check in and check out procedure a quite delightful experience.

Good place to stay but crowded restaurant ”
A very good resort to enjoy and relax. On peak season, the restaurant for breakfast and dinner gets very busy. Suggest to have another restaurant in resort to split the crowd during peak season.

The property is quite good. Staff is courteous, smiling & helpful. Food is suptuous. The only problem was mosquitoes which the hotel staff did their best to mitigate.

Good, but not sure if it's worth the price”
The hotel is not too near or far from the city centre but located around a lot of bungalows. Privacy is not the best if you look at the category of the hotel. The hotel is too pricey for the overall quality and amenities it provides. The children's playroom has a bunch of paid items at this cost. For the buffet, the food spread is good but not the best when it comes to taste. I have experienced much better food in lower-range hotels. Overall I believe they are just charging for the location and the SPA facilities.

Something is missing but staff is awesome ”
This place is good but sometimes you feel that something is missing. What will bring you here for two days? You can happily live here for a day. They need to add some more facilities for adults or zones for kids to make this even better. From the reception staff Megha to our restaurant staff Suma all get 5/5. Patil in gaming room is a guy with positive energy. Chef at the hotel is also very talented. Food also gets, 5/5. Great mix of maharashtrian Food specialities to chinese and tandoor.

Room was big, very comfortable for 3 people, queen size extra bed, food needs to be improved, it's not of Radisson level, getting a good Tes was a task, on hi-tea we were getting tea with full of malai, asked them to get without it was a task, in short!! FIVE STAR property with no medical facilities ”
Although the property is beautiful but the facilities are just not up to the mark. It is distantly located and they do not have any medical facility available with them, not even medicines. I fell sick after having their Buffet dinner and the dishes we smelling and the same was communicated to the Chef but they refused saying it is all freshly made . My husband had to look for a medical alone at 130 am in Lonavala and the roads are quiet isolated on approach for the hotel. Very unprofessional on the staff front ...No one bothered .. BEAUTIFUL Property though!!!!
