The Ramada Inn and staff were very good and the house keeping staff was very easy to work with. My stay was at a very busy time at the hotel and many guests in/out at all times. However, the noise level was still very low and never a problem for me and my girlfriend. The weather was rainy nearly everyday especially at night. I didn't get a chance to try the pool so maybe next time.

Front desk staff was great”
The room was not bad but there was no wash clothes. Could of been cleaned better for sure. All doors you could not enter on front entrance. of hotel. So at night you had to walk far to get into hotel. The hotel had very strong odor of weed.

Room not clean”
When doing a quick sweep of the room looking for my child’s toys, my wife stumbled upon a used condom under the bed along with some cereal. Also, no drain plug in the tub for my 2 year old to take a bath. I asked front desk for one, never heard back. Good thing the condom was found just before we left, or we would not have stayed.

Walking into this hotel felt like walking into a humid indoor swimming pool. It was worse when I went in my room. I woke up in the morning with a headache and checked out two days early.

Great Landmark location under renovations”
Well past Its prime but offering oversized 350 sq ft rooms either pool or city views. Everything in this 40+ yr old builiding is creaky, squeaky or on it's last legs. Under New Management who are trying to update some systems and equipment . Grounds are Gorgeous and the pool is Stunning. Best In it's price category but still grossly overpriced.

Paint peeling off the bathroom ceiling, some kind of trash compactor that ran intermittently right outside our window that made it difficult to sleep. NO Shuttle to airport. Expected more for $200 + per night

Old and dated”
The first impression was an overwhelming perfume smell in the lobby. This carried over to another smell in the room. As if they were trying to mask other smells. The place needs a good renovation. The hall is in need of new carpet and paint. The whole place creeped me out. We left early. Couldn’t stay.

Canceled Flights”
Our flights got canceled X2. We had already vacated our Air B&B. We had returned our rental car and booked this hotel which offered a hotel/airport shuttle. By the way, no shuttle. Being stuck with a non refundable room, no car etc. we stayed. Noisy air conditioning, bathroom is old. Tub was stained/dirty. Complimentary breakfast was well received by staff helping themselves while guests waited. Outdid area has the potential to be lovely. Had my coffee by the pool. Could not sit in one lounge area as it looked as if someone camped there overnight. Towels, dirty socks strewn all over. In conclusion, this could be a great stay but many details need work. The sign out front says under new management so hopefully they are in the process of improvement.

This was probably the 2nd worst place I have ever been to. The carpet in the rooms was disgusting. Looks like it had been there for 30 years, stains and ALL. The toilet ran all night. I finally got up to turn off the water supply. The hallways echoed. Conversations and doors down the hall could be heard, loud and clear. Everything was just old!!!

Nothing worked ”
The shower, the tv and the air conditioner would not work in our room. Called maintenance and they were able to fix the shower and tv but were not able to fix the air conditioner. We had 4 in the room and only provided 2 towels. Ask for more towels on 3 different occasions and was never provided. Also ask for more pillows and was told they had no more. Would have had better conditions and service at a campsite. Also tried to use the business center and of course the computer did not work. Definitely suggest staying anywhere but here.

Not worth the price. Old hotel, with crowded parking. Breakfast good but nothing special.
