Amazing Pool & Excellent Staff”
The Pool is excellent with warm water. Room is good. Centrally located with a lot of food and Convenience stores nearby. I booked this room through Agoda. Com and at the time of booking it was not showing a twin bed room. My check in was around 3:00am but it was quite smooth with the help of a Nepal guy and got myself a Twin Bed. In the morning I met Masha- Front Desk Officer who is actually an amazing person she always went out of the way with her pretty smile. My checkout was Scheduled for 03 days but I extended it to 07 days with the same hotel. So I rate this hotel with 05 stars.

Good Value for The Money”
Good Value for The Money, good location (next to the Souk and Metro station) but remember it is located at Old Doha, so it is not a beautiful area, high speed WiFi. My room did not have hot water.

Staff were great but the rooms were slightly run down”
I couldn't get a non-smoking room - I had to stay in a smoking room. Not as bad as I would have thought but it was still smokey - and you couldn't open the windows to let fresh air in. For me it was on the wrong side of the Corniche. Room could do with a bit of a refurb - especially the shower. It was spartan and didn;t really get any hot water whilst i was there - lukewarm water - just warm enough to have a shower. Only Just. Staff friendly though. I didn;t have time to take a look at the pool and gym.

Ok if nowhere else to stay. Not too bad, but also nothing to rave about. Rooms are ok for the price but very dated and need upgrading. The windows in the room are tiny and with the neighboring building right next to the window there was zero natural light. Didn't eat the breakfast, had a look and decided to go elsewhere.

All I can say is that, the hotel isn't a 4 star! It should be 2.5 max.. ”
Pros: location, close to the Souq. Cheap price if you are on budget. Nice door mans. Cons: small bed, misleading about bed size,not queen, it's double. mold in the shower area. Management need Customer Service training. Terrible parking, if you come late, you need to find door man to open the gate for you. Every time you have a visitor come check you, they present ID.. terrible policy and never heard of that in other hotels. Location isn't ideal for women, way too many guys hanging around outside at sunset. Food is garbage and over priced. The mini fridge doesn't work well. No iron provided it..The card to enter the room doesn't work, had to submit it 6 times during my stay. The room is absolutely small and needs to be repaint it due to the stains on the walls. You can see the dust on the AC, as if it hasn't been cleaned ever! Never seen a hotel that has no windows on the lower floor. Lastly high traffic density area! Ps this hotel isn't close to 3 or 4 star!

I had a great time. The room is just perfect for me and my sister who came from Riyadh to visit. The staff is excellent in customer care, very accomodating. Our room was cleaned everyday, wi-fi is available in almost all parts of the hotel. Clean and quiet, we also enjoyed the gym and sauna, unfortunately we were not able to experience the pool since its currently under maintenance. I highly recommend this hotel for those who want to visit Doha, I would definitely go back to this Hotel. Special thanks to the Receptionists of this hotel(Susanthi)for her excellent service to her guests.

I like very much RAMADA ENCORE...I was enjoy many things.... ..neat comfortable room,high speed WiFi, swimming pool...n specially early check In and late check out.. appreciate for whole staff..coz those take caring same like home.....but I m little sad only one things ...that's microwave oven...that's very important that s very important for me..I hope next visit you can provide me.... again all of them...thanks thanks thanks...I will come soon...happy Ramadan Kareem

It is small sized hotel in Doha even though it is Ramada. But the room is big. Moreover, the restaurant is nice to east. I enjoyed the breakfast.
