Nice Hotel but staff all had sour face”
The hotel was nice and comfortable but all the staff from the time I stepped in had a sour face on. No smile, no welcome . It was like they were upset I was giving them work by checking in. Despite the hotel being nice and comfortable, I will not stay here again as all the staff do not seem to know how to smile and are not helpful nor interested in the guest service.
