the hotel is in a good location. we only stayed one (1) night. the room was very clean and neat. we had a problem with the toilet in one room and they immediately moved us to another one. we were very satisfied.

only the people what wait for cruise hotel old but in very good conditiond the pool always clean and for breakfast you always have to wait minimum ten minutes, unfortunately lacks the fridge in the rooms howewer the hotel is very cheap and offer gym pool and place quiete and nice for this price you will hardly find of better.

It was an adequate.”
The hotel was adequate for the overnight stay we needed before heading to the cruise port. Although the room décor was very old, it was clean. The continental breakfast was also adequate. Even though we handed our cab driver from the airport the map and address we copied on line, he dropped us off at the wrong Ramada. We asked for his card for transport to the port the next day and were able to get him to come back to take us to the correct hotel. We had to ask that he eliminate the additional fare since we had given him the correct address. It would have been nice to have had a shuttle service to the hotel from the airport. Wasn't overly impressed with the hotel but would use it again for an overnight since it was clean and affordable.

The room was a bit smelly (mud) and not very tastefully decorated. But I think the breakfast room was even worse decorated with about 5 TVs on. We were seated on what looked like outdoor chairs and hat to eat out of not very ecological carton plates using plastic cutlery (but this seems to be quite common). We were a bit shocked by the very old-fashioned design and feel of the hotel as we never had any bad experiences with Ramada Hotels in Europe. They are usually quite modern.

PROS: - Spacious rooms - Comfortable & large mattress - Coffee maker in the room (2 brews) - Reasonably clean - free WiFi (when working) - reasonable rate CONS: - minimum 20 min wait for breakfast on all 3 mornings, due to frequent cruise ship arrival/departure guests. - pretty noisy place, when next-door room neighbours are "busy". - $10/night "Ramada Resort" charge applicable, payable beyond AGODA booking price. - The name "RAMADA" promises more than it delivers at this location.

Stressful checkin!”
Arrived about 9pm after a long drive up from Key West to be told we're fully booked & have NO rooms left. They tried to send us away despite me showing them our reservation confirmation! After 20 minuets they "found" a fax or something with our reservation but with a different confirmation number on it. We were then offered a smoking room & refused it. Then after 10 mins they again "found" a non smoking room. We went to the room and the room was ok apart from the carpet soaking wet over by the window area. The staff were all friendly enough albeit seemed stressed out as there were quite a few other guests complaining about being put into smoking rooms and others whose bookings were not found. First question they asked everybody was "how did you book?". Everyone answered the same, "the internet". No one books over the phone these days!!

not bad, but not good!”
The term "you get what you pay for" certainly applies here. The hotel was pretty busy when we checked in, but the front desk didn't have to make us feel like we were holding them up! They didn't give us any info on check out time or breakfast time, and forgot to give us our vouchers for breakfast. We were on a non-smoking floor that stank of smoke, after checking out we had to wash all our clothes as they all smelt like we'd been in a bar all night! Also, the 'continental breakfast' is pretty terrible!

Good for the money”
Check out was very slow as this place has many cruise ship passengers coming & going. I was also upset about paying a $10 "resort fee", which I was not advised of at booking. That additional $10 may have made me change hotels.

Clean hotel, nice pool area”
The included breakfast is a little bit like a meeting room snack and away from the restaurant area. It was ok but nothing special. The rooms were fine, a bit old-fashioned but clean and served the purpose. The cleaning staff was very friendly and it was quiet. The people at the reception desk weren't exactly unfriendly but it would have been nice to see them smile occasionally. Overall, good value for money.

Not happy at all about this hotel, avoid it!”
wifi was crap, when i asked reception to reset the router, they just gave me a number to call, which should not be a guests job to do! room stank of stale smoke and mold, tv was old and channels were very limited. cleaners then knocked on our door at 8am to clean the room, when checkout is not until 11am, this is a disgrace. i shouted at them to go away and come back at 11am when we had checked out, they continued to knock on the door. nice hotel with everything, ruined by lack of care and rude people, broken amenities and lack of care for the basics. wifi gave us an incredibly slow speed of 0.20mb on both routers, for this hotel is just a big joke! avoid this hotel at all costs, total crap and will never stay at any ramada hotel ever again.

Comfortable stay at a location which is important to me with a rental car to visit various attractions and shopping areas away from downtown. Easy no charge parking. Nice pool and outdoor area. Attractive buffet breakfast. Internet for me is a necessity.

Yes, it had a restaurant but it's buffet only, you can't order anything to take to your room. The room was very old and run down. The lamp shade next to my bed had dried on food on the inside of the shade. The so-called free cable was 1 cable channel (HBO) which was very limited. They only had 8 other channels that worked. The other channels promoted things to do in the area. The cost was outlandish for what I got and on top of the room price, they charge a per night "resort fee" and believe me there is nothing about that hotel that even closely resembled any type of a resort!!

Disaster of epic proportions”
This hotel was poor at best. The rooms were dated, food was horrible/tasteless and the neighborhood included pawn shops and a swingers club. Check in was rediculously slow and the hotel had no provision for storage of luggage while waiting for the rooms to get "cleaned". Beds were not comfortable, we informed the manager of a strong odor on our floor and he basically shrugged and said there was trafficking in the hotel he could do nothing about it. The pool was in disrepair as were the rooms. The buffet lunch consisted of a taco bar with soggy shells and flavorless meat. The only saving grace was a local Italian place that delivered.
