RESERVATION NOT .FOUND - UPGRADED”
When we arrived, our reservation could not be found. We booked for a room with 2 queen beds for 3 nights. We were asked to wait for 30 minutes. That turned into 2 hours. Then the supervisor came to help and said that because of our "inconvenience" we were being upgraded to a 1 bedroom Club Suite. So happy to have been upgraded - it was an incredible suite (except there was no cutlery, pots or pans, or china). We used the rooftop bar and pool - enjoyed complimentary drinks and pizza in the evening - beautiful view over the lake. Nice continental breakfast - but they need more waffle making appliances - plenty of food and not too busy although the hotel was filled. Hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Thanks to the hotel housekeeping staff who were so helpful and accommodating - we much appreciated their service especially when the hurricane hit. We will go back again - making sure we reserve a Club Suite.

Pros: great location, surrounded by things to do, very close to all the tourist locations: 5 min from universal, 5 min from outlets, 15 min from Disney, room had a great view, nice room for the price, nice amenities, good lookout Cons: traffic in this location is terrible since it is such a busy area with lots of things going on, they didn’t provide actual comforters just small blankets, heater doesn’t have a temperature setting, pretty much just on or off and I woke up at 5 am cause it was so hot (again no comforters), there wasn’t parking when I came and they told us to just park in the parking lot near the stores, luckily was really close by

Exceeds Expectation”
Staff are nice and helpful. Nice view of the lake from a quite spacious room. Very good location. Lots of restos and other things to do around the hotel. They have shuttle to Universal. Breakfast could be improved though. They serve selection of bread, hard boiled egg, some fruits, lots of cream cheese and butter and a waffle station.

What you pay is what you get”
There are not enough front desk staff, long queue to wait for check-in / out or ask a simple question. They didn't even have my booking when I checked in. After a prolonged phone call among the staff, they finally said they found my booking. They do provide free breakfast, but don't expect too much, free breakfast means free bread, long queue to use the toaster as well. Free shuttle to the Universial Studio and Disney, but not very frequent and subject to availability, this hotel is the last stop. Good thing was this hotel located in International Drive, a main street that easy to get a cab. That's about $10 to the Universal Studio. Overall, the room was clean but ramada is ramada, what you pay is what your get. BTW, the front desk staff wanted me to pay for the room fee when I checkout even I fully paid.

Just Okay”
There was nothing really great but also nothing terrible about this hotel. It was just okay. The breakfast was all breads-waffles, bagels, toast and some fruit. Nothing special. The room had a view of the lake but it was also outdoor entry which I didn’t realize when booking. I prefer indoor entry so would have been nice to know but noise wasn’t an issue. The beds weren’t very comfortable and didn’t have a comforter more of a thin blanket. Parking was free but was limited and hectic to find a spot. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the hotel but I also wouldn’t openly tell someone not to go there. There are other hotels in the area I would try next time over this one. Good beds and white, fluffy down comforters go a long way which they should consider.

everything was perfect except for when our keys locked out. we had to walk to office and get them re set. also the lady at breakfast just stares at everything you eat . its not a good experience with her. they should have a friendlier staff at breakfast. other than that it was perfect. everything was lovely. perfect location most importantly. and the room was awesome!

Continental breakfast not what I expected. First room heater didn't work, table was missing laminate, toilet bowl was worn out, carpet was old. Moved us to another room. Last night there heater turned into a snow blower. I will never stay at another Ramada. Agoda staff was not very understanding or helpful. This definitely is not a 4 star hotel.

I booked this hotel just because they had a roof top pool and bar, they didn't tell me until I got there that I couldnt use that pool unless I rented a suite. Very upset with how the staf handled the situation. I paid a lot of money to stay here and it wasn't worth it

The whole staff has no desire and is overwhelmed, the lady in guests support could not any word in English. The entire hotel is worn out and outdated. It happens that the staff forget to bring fresh towels. Breakfast is extremely modest and the whole room was very dirty.
