Super friendly staff who gave me free upgrade on my room and went out of their way to accommodate me as much as possible to make my stay and visit to family as pleasant as possible (i am elderly person). Pool was also excellent, massage and spa was great with friendly staff. Highly recommend.

This hotel is not far from the city center, near open-market and a lot of clothes shops and Vietnamese food stores around. It takes about 10 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes by taxi to Ben Thanh market. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This time i had a bathroom tap problem, never had a problem in the room before. They fixed in with in an hour and problem gone. Good breakfast as usual. i stay in the superior rooms, they are good value. Front desk staff start to remember you after your second time and start to become like family, I like this very much! CHECK IN IS EASY,, the door/luggage man is always trying to help. he is older man, but he is happy and helpful. I thank him for his help but i wheel my own bags so he can relax. he works hard at his age. yes, big thumbs up for Ramana. The personal touch is good.

Enjoyable stay”
We stayed at this hotel 6 nights. It’s a bit old but good value for the money. Equipped with swimming pool, a small gym and a spa that offers their services for a decent price. The room was spacious, staffs are friendly. Their buffet breakfast had variety choices. The only thing we thought they could improve are their wifi and their shower water were not strong. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

What a great stay .just is Saigon for one night and had a great time here. The front office staff were so super friendly from the time I got out of the car and the security took my jag to check me in. To even asking for an extra half hour after checkout nothing was a problem. My only negative comment was the cleanliness of the bathroom and the shower . But I will be back

Good location, old facilities ”
Good location and reasonable price hotel; however, I had some uncomfortable experiences there: 1st - I booked the Deluxe Room instead of Superior Room as I saw the more luxury inferior and facilities of Deluxe Room. However, when I got in the room, the facilities and inferior were exactly the same as the Superior's ones. The staff said that they changed all but not changed the pictures in Agoda. The only difference between the 2 room types is that the Deluxe is 5m2 bigger than the Superior one, and so I have an extra bed (2 beds in Deluxe room) though I went alone. It means that I paid extra to the bed that I did not use. So please note when you book the room types before the hotel changes/update the pictures of Deluxe rooms. 2nd - The receptionist asked to keep my personal documents - I said it is against the law but the receptionist then asked me to deposit if I dont want to let them keep my personal documents. I think it is OK to deposit to the hotel, but for my stay, not for my personal documents. I confirmed again that the hotels now in Vietnam are not allowed to keep guests' personal documents, just scan them as enough. 3rd- The toilet and bathroom facilities are old styles and not very convenient, especially for kids and women. Hope the hotel can at least improve the first 2nd issues above.
