It was a memorable trip for my family!”
After almost a year of not going out because of Covid-19, this trip is a must have to keep our sanity. It's an anniversary celebration for us couple and it became better because we were able to bring our kids with us. The quarantine requirements made us feel at ease. We booked a villa on a weekday so we got the whole resort for ourselves. Our butler, Elino, provided great service and made us felt like real royalty. This is a recommended place to stay with your family. We will definitely go back! 😉

The facilities are excellent and staff exceptionally friendly and professional. We stayed in the more reasonably priced Casita which was luxurious but with a nice but very small bathroom. The food in the restaurant was excellent as was the pool. The only problem I encountered was that the bar had a very limited menu of drinks by the glass, Scotch was only available by the bottle. I wasn't that thirsty but would have liked more than the one drink I had.

Superb customer service. However food menu options and quality of food is not that great. Too pricey for the rate as there is not much activity to do except to visit the view deck and swimming pool is too deep (5ft)

The staff seemed to lack the experience in handling the needs of clients in a luxury resort, but what they lack in experience they more than make it up with their warmth, sincerity and genuine friendliness to all the guest. They always try to engage in a conversation and greet you wherever you meet them. I would like to commend Nathan, the one who attended to our queries/requests in Messenger. Also worth mentioning, our butler, Noriel, the waiters and all the staff. The receptionist seemed confused tho, but I think she was just not too familiar about the room transfer - probably.

the hotel is nice and new but my only gripe is the space. paid 9+++ pesos but the room is so small . good only for a 1 night stay. the food is so expensive we paid 2,888 to experience buffet but the quality of food is below average !

Promising Place”
Had a nice couple of nights here for Wife's Birthday. The Villa was nice, if not a little small, considering the vast land area surrounding it. But hey, the idea is to enjoy the surrounding environment, which I would say is a 'work-in-progress', ie they are still building many of the amenities. That said, for the price of a standard Villa, the value for money is fair. What really made this place special was the impeccable customer service provided by the staff. The restaurant is nice and spacious, although the overall quality of food was disappointing and not in keeping with the 'luxury' quality of the rest of the experience. I'd say it is average at best. All in all, if you want a break away and get the vibe you're in Olde Europe with nice views of Bataan, this place does just that.
