The hidden jewel in Fukuoka”
We stayed for 3 night at Randor Resident. We got the room on the top floor, so we can enjoy the scenic. Also, the room is comfortable and spotless clean.

Hotel room was very clean. Perfect for couples who likes to cook their own food. It has a kitchenette so we were able to prepare our food. Comfort room with automatic toilet bowl and bidet, shower and bathtub. Kinda far from the subway but near bus stops. Better get the pass that will allow you to roam the city thru bus and trains. Staff were nice and polite.

Excellent in terms of value for money. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We have booked a 3-bed room and being given on the top of the building, which we can have a balcony, enjoying the beautiful canal view. The room is much bigger than the standard hotel. Other than 2 twin beds and 1 king size bed, there is a living room, dining room , kitchen and with a toilet and bathroom. Facilities are quite new, microwave and washing machine is with additional value to us. Only limitation is the location, you can only take bus to Hakata or Tenjin and there is no nearby subway. To partly solve the problem, we have taken the taxi from airport to here which costs around 1,500 yen ( luckily, not that expensive)

It was my first time in Japan. I don't know to reach the hotel even Randor's email has the map file attached. I took a bus from the airport to Hakata station and walked from the station to the hotel. It's quite far but still can walk, haha. To be optimistic, we can also observe the city while walking. Luckily, I've prepared sim card for internet connection during the visit so it helps a lot. I hope my next time in Japan would be better.

The location is not very convenient as it is not close to subway, you may rely on local bus or by walking to other part at Hakata. However, the room itself is very good especially for travellers with kids.

Room cleaning staffs are very helpful and professional as we stayed for 4 consecutive days and need some resources like dust bag, toothpaste in between. Thank you. Other than no reply on emails and no service whenever there's accident during the night time, other facilities that they provided, location to Tenjin by walking distance as well as Hakata by bus are worth with this price.
