Dirty”
Old & dirty hotel. The door of my room has a big hole and it can be easily open from outside. The balcony of the 2nd floor is weak. If someone leans on it, it's quite dangerous. There are better hotels at this price (350k/night). The only pro is the river, the food at the restaurant (a bit expensive) and the staff.

Disgusting..”
The room was dirty, the furniture was very shabby and old, also I was greeted by a huge cockroach who climbed on the table once I put my stuff on it o_0 There was no kettle in the room so I had to go down for hot water. Was really happy to leave that place.

Broken Tub but Room rented anyway”
this facility is OK, but you get what you pay for. The only MAJOR issue was a bath tub with the bottom broken out. When I stepped into the tub to take a shower the bottom was cracked and broken so you could see the floor underneath. When I told the desk they said they knew of the issue, they were waiting for the owner to fix it., but they rented the room anyway and did not tell me about the problem! I was lucky I was not cut or injured because of the sharp edges of the broken plastic material. I have a picture if you want it!!

Very low class”
The rooms are not serviced, after awhileI had to ask for that !. No hot water for a shower, tld tjey would fix it but did not. The same goes for the door lock nearly broken as well as the door lock to the balcony was not working with a stupid little latch which was nearly off its screws. The bed linen was disgusting especially the doona which was quite obvious was not washed for quite some time. The mattress is foam and not the best to sleep on !! The cleanliness of the hotel is very poor. However, if your after price then I guess this is it !!??

Fabulous staff....but....”
You get what you pay for and its cheaper but....it's very dirty. The bed linens were not clean. Plaster had fallen onto the bed. The room smelled musty which did clear after I opened the doors and windows. No soap or toilet paper and at night I was invaded by bugs. Staff did come and spray the room when asked but it didn't stop the bugs. I left after the first night. Would not recommend.

In my review I only gave it one star Because I can't give anything less. The hotel is run down and neglected And Internet sites like Agoda should not have it advertised on their site it is a disgrace!!!!

Horrible”
The hotel seems to be being demolished at the rear. The room was awful, really bad mould all the way up the bathroom walls and the ceiling. Avoid this place, I chose it for it's location overlooking the river.. that really is the only thing going for it

Habitaciones grandes con balcón y vistas al río. Me gustó el hotel. Lavabo nuevo. Restaurante en hotel. Apartado un poco del centro pero el hotel vale la pena.

Calme face au Mékong”
Quartier en plein renouveau, toute la façade maritime affiche un grand projet immobilier. Pour l'heure l'endroit est assez calme, l'hôtel a son restaurant à côté. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Celles qui donnent sur le boulevard face au fleuve ont un balcon promenade. Cadre sympa. Air marin. Chambres équipées pour familles ou 4 p. minimum. Bon fonctionnement des sanitaires et douche. Ils m'ont juste changé de chambre car il y avait un problème d'évacuation sur la précédente. Wifi OK. Accueil ultra gentil. Seul le gérant parle anglais, les autres c'est par smartphone et traducteur. Cest à 15 minutes de marche du port, la ville s'étend parallèlement au boulevard du front de mer. C'est le nouvel an et les vacances, il y a plein de monde le soir qui mange et boit autour des fameuses petites tables en plastic. Agréable.

Nie wieder”
Wir haben zwei Nächte gebucht, sind dan aber nach einer in ein anderes. Das "Hotel" ist eine Katastrophe. Im Zimmer und Bad hat es überall Schimmel. Die Fenster sind undicht und man hat das Gefühl die Autos fahren durch das Zimmer. Im Hotel wurde bis um 23:00 Uhr noch gebaut und man konnte nicht schlafen. Der Preis ist zwar tief aber es lohnt sich ein teureres Hotel zu buchen.

Schlimmer geht nicht mehr ”
Beim Einchecken schon diskutieren müssen, dass unser gebuchter Preis nicht pro Zimmer sondern pro Person ist. Die Zimmer verschimmelt, das Gebäude ein abbruchreifes Haus, Badezimmer unbenutzbar, einfach katastrophal. Wie Agoda dass überhaupt als Angebot ins Programm ist uns ein Rätsel, eine ausgesprochene Frechheit!!

Khách sạn phòng ở quá dơ . Giường thì bụi rác . Ga nệm gối thì dơ bẩn . Máy lạnh thì hôi ko mát . Phòng thì sập sệ . Nhà vệ sinh thì dột ẩm thấp đèn chóp tắt . Thang máy thì nghe mùi chuột chết. Sẽ ko bao giờ ghé lại
