The staff were very friendly and professional, they upgraded our reservation kindly when they found that we have so many luggage and gave us a room instantly early check in so that my 8 months old baby can rest even though the check in is at 3 pm They gave us an ocean view large room and they were really helpful and kind I will definitely go back once in Beirut again So much love

The furniture is old ,the rooms need renovation and the cleanliness is almost non-existent. You can hear the sounds from the other rooms,the bed needs to be changed and cleaned. The positive things are location and the doorbell who was helpful and smiling

Nice Hotel with friendly staff”
I stayed there for first time for three nights during a business trip. This is a typical business hotel, it was perfect location and close to cafe and kornesh The hotel is fresh with very modern and easy-going decoration. Breakfast is good, and friendly staff. i have been given an upgrade to suite with sea view. also the hotel did not charge on changing the date of the arrival and that make me to consider to book agine in the same hotel next time I visit Beirut. The only issue is the hotel charge on the internet in room. and its free in the lobby. i suggest to be free even in the room to get 10 mark.

This hotel is a few minutes walk from The Raouche which provides great views of the ocean and some very nice cafes. I recommend asking for a room on a high floor. Mine was on the third and was over-shadowed by other buildings which made it a bit dark in the room. Other than that, this is a good hotel for business and leisure.

Such a dissappointment”
When you heard the word Rotana and Beirut and for someone who watch the Rotana show, i expect a lot from the Hotel. Especially when the hotel itself is being rated 5 star. But I was very disappointed when i arrived at its lobby. It was very small and frankly it looks like a cheap 2-3 stars hotel. Maybe the hotels in Beirut is largely very expensive, but at least as customer when the hotel is rated 5 star, immediately you will expect that it would look like in a certain manner. In addition, another disappointment is no WIFI at the hotel.. I travel with my iPad and you will only get internet through cable in this 5 stars hotel. The room itself is very small! the location is not that special anyway. It just the Pegion Rock, once you take a few shot of pictures and thats it! For solo traveller, I would suggest you to stay at Hamra Street, its more lively there and nearer to the downtown. If you wish to go clubbing, find a nice cheap chalet or hotel at Juniah area. I once stayed at 3 stars hotel in Doha, that 3 stars hotel is waaaaay better than Rotana Arjaan. For solo traveller, I would not recommend to stay in this hotel at all!

I’ve been in arjaan rotana at Amman, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Jeddah, the one in Beirut is the worst one. Room Services is bad Parking will coat you 10 $ a day and you have no option, staff are rude and not friendly

The hotel location is excellent, the rooms are great especially the suit and the rooms with balcony facing the rock is great.. very nice view. Everything you need provided in room and lots of restaurants and cafe's close by walking distance.

Good Location, bad customer service”
The good thing about this hotel is it’s location but it all becomes negative when you deal with the ignorant reception there, especially Kamal and Ali. Since day one, we asked to change the suite for a higher floor and the answer was positive and we will change it once guests check out. We waited the first day “though we know some of the customers who left from upper floors” and there was no response. The second day we try again and the same ignorance happened. By now you know how the third day went, same thing ! The second item was requesting a blanket and telling me that the housekeeping service will come to you to bring the blanket and till now I didn’t get any thing ! The list of poor service from receiption goes on and on, what a petty for a great location ! Thanks Kamal, thanks Ali !
