THIS PLACE IS OKAY FOR 500 PESOS A NIGHT, A DECENT BED TO SLEEP AND WITH A PLATTED BREAKFAST. I CANT SAY THE EXPERCIENCE WAS GREAT BUT THE STAY WAS COMFORTABLE. DONT EXPECT MORE WITH 500 PESOS A NIGHT BECAUSE YOU GET MORE WHAT YOU PAID FOR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR SHORT STAY BUT NOT FOR WEEKLY OR LONG TERM STAY. LOCATION WISE ITS GOOD CLOSE TO EVERYTHING.

The staff is fine. The place where it is situated for is near and accessible to the festivities (Ati-atihan). I am disappointed as no staff is cleaning the CR nor changing the beddings for our stay. We decided to check out on after the 2nd night instead of ckmlleting the 3 nights paid stay.

The room is ok during daytime. Room is a bit dark during night. Maybe try to upgrade the lights. The ambiance of the room during night is like in horror movies! Even the lights in the bathroom is too dark!

The warmth of the owner & staff makes up for whatever tiny needs that need to be addressed for a perfect stay. Storage, hooks & additional work surface would make a better work stay

Okay for budget traveller ”

Stayed here for more than a week during my recent trip. Emailed the property prior to arrival informing that I will be arriving around 6 am, and have also booked the night before, which they replied and noted my request, but reception still closed and no one there when I arrived. Great value, perfect location, close to shops, eateries, ATMs, and L300/jeepney terminals. Wifi not the best. Room needs proper cleaning — dust on the floor and stains in the shower room, low water pressure, noisy aircondition. Perfect for short stay and budget traveller, particularly if only looking for somewhere to sleep.

Cheap room”

For that amount it is ok but restrooms for to share. Loud one next to the hotel did start radio at 4:30 very loud, no sleep anymore. Breakfast is filipino way, rice but also one cup coffee, 3 in 1. Served in your room around 8 am. Oh parking space is only on the street. TV inside, wifi not did runs well. If you not want that much it is ok for that amount.

Not recommended”

Stayed here for couple nights, few meters away from Kalibo Terminal. They transferred me to a new RB Lodge (RedDoorz @ N Roldan Street) my room includes breakfast for 2 but they only gave me one. 😠😠😠 Also wifi range is weak... You need to go to the lobby just to have a stable internet connection.
