Good value for the price. Comparable to Motel 6, but unlike Motel 6, Red Lion actually has a mini fridge and microwave. 10/10 would stay here again.

Hello, I stayed here twice and going a third for business. The staff and the breakfast buffet keep me coming back. No continental breakfast here, hot eggs and breakfast meats included. Thanks to Troy and staff making my stay great !!

What do they say you , you get what you pay . There’s no breakfast or anything like that no gym etc. and sometimes the floor is wet by the bed if you can afford holiday inn stay at the holiday inn

The system was constantly down, the refrigerator did not work and had to be replaced and I found the prior guests clothes stuffed in between the headboard and the mattress.

When arriving the staff was so friendly. When I got to my room I quickly realized there was black mold EVERYWHERE on ceiling in the bathroom. Holes in the walls and not clean ay all. I was so exhausted I waited till the morning to let them know. I was told it would be made a note, with reimbursement. That never happened.

bad smell, dirty corridor, not enough towels for the few guests, you practically have to beg for the room to be cleaned. we stayed 14 days for work and as we have a lot of heavy material, and my husband has a back problem, it was impossible to change hotels, for sure they never saw us again

Do not stay here. When I got here I had to pay an additional $125 to ensure I would not smoke in the rooms. I booked this hotel because it was non-smoking. I paid for 2 king rooms in full in advance. We had to look at 6 rooms before we got one the did not have a strong smoke smell. My hubby and son were tired so my son said he would take the room that smelled like someone just smoked 2 packs of cigarettes. We are on a road trip and have food. The fridge does not work. My room had no phone at all. My son’s room had a phone but no dial tone. The tv in my room would not change channels so, no watching tv. The room is not clean. I tried to give it one star but the survey would not let me advance without giving 3 stars. There are smears on the wall. The desk chair has no cover left, meaning almost all of the cushion cover has peeled off. The microwave has burns all over it. The tub looks like permanent dirt stains are on the bottom of the tub. Scared to take a shower, but I brought sanitizer. This is the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. I give this review so you will not waste your money.

My room smelled awful..The carpet was absolutely disgusting.; filthy, torn, and stinky. The refrigerator/freezer was not usable. Something in the freezer had melted and run down all over the refrigerator. The entire mess had been in there long enough to turn pink. The desk chair looked like it had been chewed up by a dog all the way around the seat.

During my stay there has been lil bugs that I constantly had to killed. Then during the night I saw a big roach in the room. I called the front desk and no response. I will be checking out in the morning.

The new management & staff are very helpful & understanding, the new renovations look great, very clean. Right in front of the mall & in a good location. Definitely an investment for a good price
