Not as advertised”

I never checked in because I felt very unsafe with my two kids and dogs when I arrived. There were people hanging around outside the motel. Unfortunately I didn't do my due diligence and read reviews of this place before I booked it. The photo looks very nice, but the side view where the doors to the rooms were dungy and of a much lesser quality. They took all of my money and did not refund the night I didn't stay even though I did not receive the service. I instead opted to sleep on the floor in another location that was safe rather than take a chance here. Do some research before you book about this place. Also because of this experience I will never stay at another Red Roof Inn.
