I walked in to a hole in the wall and at least 6 roaches coming out. Then there was a roach on the table. I had to get my room changed. The new one was much better but occasionally I still did see roaches. They also barely had towels and wash cloths available. The location was busy as expected but the hotel itself was definitely not what I expected or intended to pay for.

The room was gross. Moldy, missing a smoke detector, dripping faucet, peelng paint, I couldn't wait to leave. The staff was friendly but incompetant (it took them 30 minutes to deal with my reservation being made through agoda rather than directly with the hotel).

There was a lot of roaches in the room and our food and drinks we left out. There was not enough towels and the room had a nasty smell to it.. I’m a very unhappy customer by being my kids here. I have picture sod the roaces if you need to see them

Cockroach Motel & A**hole manager”
Do you like cockroaches crawling on your face ? Do you like not being able to go back to sleep whence you noticed the cockroach party in your entire room ? Do you like being demeaned by the General manager ? Do you like being blamed for supposedly letting in an army of cockroaches ? Room #138 is your perfect lifestyle for the aforementioned party details. Customer service is not their forte and definitely not their priority.

Front desk manager was very professional and provided excellent service. Unfortunately it seems he was the only one on staff at 10pm. It was surprisingly quiet considering the hotel is close to so much nightlife and it was New Years Eve. The room was very old and dilapidated. The shower did not work-no water. Cockroaches crawling around (on my toothbrush and 2 ended up in our bags). Our car broke down while passing through Orlando so we booked at last minute. I would definitely not stay there again.

Old rooms, broken wall and the key card did not work to open our room. I went to the lobby two times because the door did not open. Then they changed the my room and the wall had a big whole. The bathtub had mold and dirty. I do not recommend this place. Better find a more decent hotel for the same price.

The worst we have stayed at International Drive”
We checked in late at night and found out that the room only had one towel (we got a king room). My husband was very tired but still he went to the front desk, waited for a huge line, when the guy there gave him attention he spent 5 minutes looking for a towel and came back saying it would take 40 minutes to get one!!! Where on Earth! He spent at least 20 minutes there before coming back without a towel. The worst part was the toilet. It was visible that it was full of urine splashes 🤮 How could I use a toilet like that?! Disgusting at a higher level! Will never come back.
