Very clean throughout, but carpet in hall badly needs cleaning. Room was spotless, everything worked but the phone. Bed was comfortable, staff was absolutely super. Coffee in the room Would definitely stay here again.

As soon as you walk in staff member greets you with a smile and warm greeting. Check in is the fastest and easiest process. Amy questions they are happy to answer. On to the room, smells good as soon as you walk in and mostly clean. The beds are hard due to having bed springs. Other than that everything else is great.

The establishment was in good location, a lot of activity going on outside of rooms, a lot of people standing outside doors smoking, gave you sense of a street bar! People where not mean or rude, just not family place to be!

The room doesn’t look anything like the pictures . The place was dirty, the bathroom looked like it was not cleaned in a while. For a non smoking room it smelled highly like cigarette smoke. I don’t know if it was a hotel or motel but it definitely gave motel vibes. The place looked like where junkies came and sold sex. From dirty towels being left outside in the halls by rooms, to the loud residents in the halls. Such a tragic experience, made my skin crawl to touch the sheets.

We reported broken TV, phone, and stinky wet rug, to people on all 3 shifts, all they did was stare at the floor, and mumble I am sorry. Another room near our room was complaint about wet, smelly rug also!!!

My room had roaches. I recorded it and got it on video. We were literally there less than 10 minutes. The front desk couldn’t refund because of some policy, well I didn’t care. We left!!!!! IMMEDIATELY!! Run far away if you like cleanliness.

Red roof has remodeled the last few places I have stayed at Harley dealership just across the street and City place is just a few miles South the area around the hotel is safe from what I could tell Staff where friendly and room was comfortable I have stayed here twice while busting my son riding at WEF for the winter series it's only a short drive West into Wellington all the popular restaurants are close ..........................................................................................................................................,................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................ ......... The hallways smelled moldy and also like a dirty diaper at one point. As soon as we walked in the room its smelled pretty stale and moldy as well. The lighting fixture in the bathroom was falling apart and there was mold on the vent. The carpet in the room also smelled moldy. We would leave and come back and our clothes began to smell bad. We even went to walmart and bought air fresheners and that still didnt help. It was a nightmare. We ended up checking out early and staying with a friend because I started to become congested.
