The WiFi router is there and so is the best data reception. They now have hot water for bath, with still the same old but well-cleaned rooms. Silay City water is rusty so please be aware that situation is the same as with neighboring accommodations. The staff are attentive and helpful.

Budget friendly hotel :) ”
It was a great stay, it was cheap and comfy naman. Aircon are new, and okay naman if di ka maarte. It's just that yung sink and shower if you open it at first amoy kalawang ang water, maybe because di masyado nagagamit dhl nagpandemic. So far, yun lang naman ang di ko nagustuhan. Staff are very corteous and friendly. They will greet you everytime you go out of the hotel and will do extramile, like buying liquor outside the hotel since they don't have one inside. Btw, they don't have blower and laundry facilities inside better bring ur own :) When it comes to location, super lapit sa lahat, ATM's, fastfood, convenience store sobrang convenient for a traveller and may mga tricicad anf tricycles dn around the area, malapit sa church, balay negrense and El ideal :) Overall, me and my hubby are very happy staying at baldevia :)

For its price, this is the best you can get in Silay City! Clean, bug-free room, good AC, cable tv, fast WiFi (you need to be near the door, though), helpful staff, hot shower (there's a distinct rust-like smell, but we learned that it applies to all piped water in Silay City) with some toiletries and a bottled water as well

Hotel rooms are value for money. Spacious and clean. Location is very accessible although they only have limited space for parking. Water pressure is good but by the time we checked-in, it smells rusty and sometimes when you open the faucet the water turns mild brown. They have shower heater. Size of the restroom is OK and clean. Room has working table, with 32" wall mounted flat screen basic TV. Free WIFI, bottled water, tissue and soap, shampoo and toothbrush with toothpaste. Cold aircon with locker, clean room curtains, blanket and pillows. Hotel staff are accommodating and approachable. This hotel is recommended for general travelers.

Not the modern vibe”
The place is old, so facilities are so so. If you are used to modern hotels or BnBs, this is not the place for you. Rates are good though. Location is best, you can DIY your walking tour from here. Easy to get a ride too. I stayed at room 50, 2nd floor. Wifi is only good if you are near the door. AC is cold.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves”
The hotel does it's job. I mean you can't expect much from the price. My biggest gripe are the adjoining room doors. They are thin. The other room was a family room so the noise really reaches my side. Fortunately, they are early sleepers so it did not really bother my sleep that much. Wifi was decent so I was able to attend my meetings with no hitch. As for facilities, the water heater may shutoff once in a while when the pressure goes down. The staff was friendly though. So overall, it was a decent place to stay. It's at the center of town.

Quiet Good”
This hotel is located in the corner of a major street in Silay City, near food joints and convenience stores. It's quiet at night. Our Room # 23 was spacious with a single and double bed for the 3 of us. The water from the faucet smelled of rust though. The staffs were very nice and provided good service, special mention to Ms. Meryl.

The staffs stands out for this simple accommodation in Silay City. They provided good service during our stay. Toiletries were provided. Comfortable beds with wall mounted LCD TV and dining table in our spacious room. WIFI was good.

Good for budget-conscious, short-term stay”
Positives - cheerful, courteous, and helpful staff. Very central, convenient location in Silay. It had a secure parking area close by. Main con is it's a very old building and needs deep cleaning and upgrading (while still maintaining though a historical look and feel). Hence, the low cost. But for just one night, it's acceptable.
