It was not clean. There are hairs and stains in the bedsheet and pillows, so I don't know if it's new or not. The towels doesn't have a fabric conditioner so it's smells bad. I can hear the sounds and music from the other rooms. But the staff and location are nice.

Opposite Ceres bus station ”
A budget hotel directly opposite the Ceres bus station, where you can get a coach, jeepney or taxi. So very handy. Also has a 7/11 directly downstairs. A basic room but good enough if you are going out most of the time anyway. I was able to add on days as my plans changed also. I have no complaints.

worst scammed stay ever”
I do not recommend this place. They failed to deliver what was advertised by Agoda. I booked and paid for 3 rooms with two double beds but the property provided us with 1 double bed only per room. As frequent travellers, this property is the worst. Not good for money.

Cockroaches in the room”
First of all, the booking was confirmed as twin bed. However, when we arrived at the hotel the staff told me that it was a mistake and the only available for the price that i got was a single bed. The room is so small and the wall is just a plywood. You can hear the other persons in other rooms. Cockroaches were also in the room and the pillows are not that smelling good including the bedsheets.

Madumi ang room, ang cr madumi ang tiles, barado ang sink, sobrang baho ng drainage!! May ipis sa room. Dinig ang mga katabing room kasi manipis ang pader. MADUMI ANG SHEETS AT PUNDA NG UNAN PARANG HINDI PINAPALITAN. Maliit ang room. Worst hotel!!!

Busted light, no aircon”
My mom stayed here just to wait for her flight to Manila. They initially gave her a room with busted light and no aircon. The staff just said they didn’t know that the light and aircon was not working. But why is that room in agoda anyway? If my mom didn’t complain hard they wouldn’t give her a decent room.

Not so good experience”
When we entered the room, we were welcomed by three alive ang flying cockroaches! Had to went back to the ground floor by stairs (we were on the 4th floor) to ask for insect spray. PLUS, we haven't got enough sleep coz we can hear all the laughing, talking and moaning of the room next to us!
