Toilet is clogged. Sink faucet is not working. Drain is smelly. Staff is not trained on customer service. The property is not the same on the photo. It has bodega and parking area for delivery trucks so privacy is not guaranteed. Talked to the owner and she kept telling me "Agoda kasi" when in fact the problem was related to their property. Such a waste of money and time. P

Arrived at 6pm yet our room is not yet preparer”
Upon arrival they asked us to wait for another 30 minutes to 1 hour to clean and prepare the room. Promting us to cancel the booking and ask the man greeted us i can cancel and get a full refund, clearly stated YES BY CALLING AGODA. Now they're not cooperating with AGODA for my REFUND.

This is a nightmare accommodatiokn. Woke up in the morning with NO water. Not a trickle of water from faucet and toilet. No staff to be seen. During the night while sleeping, the toilet smells of the sewer creeping to the whole room. Nasty.
