The hotel is for budget travelers. I like how accomodating the employees are but! I wish their air con will be changed and that they put some amenities like soap, shampoo and more. Plus, they should put some tv in every room. They also need to have better wifi. They also need to put pillow covers and blanket and towels there before the guest arrives.

The front desk officer was so irresponsible. She didn't check the booking details and I was only informed that it was cancelled pala by Agoda on the last minute. We pushed through thinking that it was a hassle free booking because we were accommodated naman on both dates. They gave the room key, pinapasok kami. We even waited around 30mins upon check out. However, the irritating part is that after 3days from accommodation date, we were asked for the payment of the room kasi nacancel daw pala nila by accident. What's frustrating is that, it has higher room rates na. It was so hassle and what makes it worst is that the front desk officer was so bastos pa. She's calling even if working hours and her tone was so unapologetic. It was the worst booking experience I had by far. I will never book in any RedDoors group of hotels anymore especially in Beaufront in Santiago, Ilocos Sur.

They have clean rooms and new facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The property is very closed to the beach. Fresh air in the morning. We had a nice stay. 10 🌟s 😊

Wala lagi yung nsa office. Ang sabi may toiletries pero walang binigay. Tissue lang meron.. towel and blanket by request pa. Ang malupit pa yung outlet nila ang taas tapos wala ka nmn pag papatungan kng mag chacharge ka kaya nkkloka. D ganun kalamig yung aircon kht todo na. May drinking water nmn pero kukuha ka sa office nila at mag lagay ka sa bottle mo.sabi din may tv pero wala din. Wrong info yung mga nklgay sa agoda pero pag dating mo ay wala ang halos lht.
