If you're always outside and just need a place for your things and to sleep during the night, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! 5 minutes away from the surfing area and walking distance to everything! Super nice pa ni Ms. Mona, she will be the one assisting you.

Urbiztondo La Union”
Affordable front beach accommodation for your family. They would just have to be more specific with the rooms they offer in Agoda. We book the room that is in front of the Beach for a reason. The switch of the light in the bathroom requires high attention because of its 'ground' when we switched it on. Cleanliness and friendliness of the 2 woman staff is nice.

A beachfront room is so relaxing. The owner is very nice. But their is construction going on so no wifi as promised as advertised. Room dont have TV but owner ask if we want to transfer room. No free 2 bottle water, no toothbrush n no toothpaste but all are accessible to nearby stores. i love San Juan La Union i love to go back every summer.

Hotel was a little confusing to locate upon arrival. Photos of the rooms on the site needs to be updated. Room looked different from what we were expecting. Pillows were also too old and hard; they should be changed already. If you are looking for a clean place to stay near the beach on budget, then you will like it here.

Not good experience. Place is so small for 2 persons. The restro is not that clean. Even the bedsheet and pillow smell neely washed, they still have stains. Wall has stains too. I will not recommend the place is not even worth the price.

Don't stay here! Robbish! ”
I accidentally booked this accomodation last April 13 before the long weekend. We contacted the Agoda CSR and they said they will reached out the property after few days the property want responding to revert the booking. I arrived in San Juan April 14 but the owner Mona doesn't show up (or maybe hiding). Poor management, poor place and very unprofessional staffs. DON'T STAY HERE!

Best value for money for budget travelers. The location is great. It is nice and quiet. They have free Wi-Fi so you can work on the go. It is also close to great food places for all budget types.

The place is near the beach, however there was no proper reception and staff when we came and left, we tried to look for the receptionist to return the key but there was no response, so we left the room with the key. The doors can easily break, the room we stayed is kind off good, but the bed was sqeaking when we move around to sleep. The entrance was also difficult to find. Not all food stalls are open. When you are looking for a space to sleep I recommend this resort. But if you are looking into facilities may be this is not a good resort for you.

Mahirap siya hanapin lalo na if hindi ka nagtanong sa mga bystanders, especially na maraming franchise ang RedDoorz. Walang own parking yung mismong hostel kasi marami din itong katabing accomodating houses. May parking are sa labas ng compound pero may fee. The good side naman is seaside siya mismo.

Location is very convenient if you are after the surf and food! During weekends, the party is just beside the accommodation, however if you are the type who’s not into partying the noise will be a nuissance.. but overall, such a good place to stay and worth the money…
