    Staffs are somewhat good, got a single bed instead of double or matrimonial. Hot&cold shower isn’t functioning, clog toilet bowl, insufficient parking space. WiFi is good though.

    Staff weren't accommodating ”

    There was no attendant on the front desk when I arrived. I've waited for almost 10minutes before someone comes out to assist me. And as I was assisted by the staff, they weren't professional and accommodative. It is as if I bothered them from what they're doing. Also the shared bathroom was not maintained to cleanliness. Not value for money.

    Typical budget hotel. I cant understand why there are thing broken in the room and no one has the brains to actually fix anything. Lazy owners that care only of money and no upkeep

    Great location, poor experience”

    You can hail taxis and jeepneys right in front of the hotel, so the location is superb. The quality of the place though is far less than your average motel. The staff was nice, they let us leave our things even after checkout.

    Red doorz - Baguio”

    During my first visit to Baguio, I think this place needs more improvement in their facilities.TV not working, common CR is stinky and door lock is broken. Though I stayed for a short period of time and I think I just choose a room with a not so good facility to enjoy. Only my honest review.

    Convenient place for backpackers!”

    If you’re a couple planning to go on vacation in Baguio and don’t often stay in your rooms unless it’s bedtime, this one’s the perfect place for you. Not for maarteng bakasyonista bc this is a shared bathroom and it’s like a hostel or something but a decent one. Highly recommended!

    Worst hotel service!”

    Owner claimed that there are no more rooms when I arrived. Gave me a room without a toilet. The following day, it took 4 of us to convince him after we having a heated argument. Only to our horror that they actually already have an available room! The owner is clearly trying to use OUR room to rent out to others instead! Highly do NOT recommend this at all! Watch out for the male owner!

    The posting in Agoda is lacking details and misleading. Please have all details posted so the customers can select freely and discontinue booking whenever necessary. The toilet does not have flush, heater is not functional and no exhaust. The room feels like we are not in Baguio with the heat we felt. I hope the facility will be improved.

    Worst experience ever! Staff isn't that nice. Doesn't know how to smile with guests. He's very rude. Place isn't that good. Comfort room isn't comfortable at all. Small space. No ventilation. Find the best hotel for your money. This is not the right hotel for you if you're traveling to Baguio.
