Budget, but real low end”
Besides the huge cockroaches, and the ceiling tile with the light fixture falling from the ceiling and taking up the entire middle of the bathroom, and the door knob literally coming off, how did you like your stay? Haha, it actually wasn't that bad. It's a long walk to BGC, but it's cheap. The bed was decent and the room was Filipino-clean (not clean, but tried). The staff was tremendously nice and helpful.

A place to stay”
For me, and time I need to be in Makati, It was perfect. The only thing, I didn't have any access to the wifi, So any money for data and messaging on my cell was quickly eaten away. The air conditioner in my room was just a fan blowing hot air. These things need improvement. I will go there another time to see if things improve but, if not then I would not stay any other times or recommend to my friends and contacts.

The place is somehow in a good location. Near BGC Taguig, Guadalupe MRT station and one ride to Ayala Avenue via UV Express/FX. At first, you would think there's nothing nearby but walking around the area, you'll see Andoks, Baliwag, 7eleven, and the bakeries. You might need them because of course, cooking is not allowed in the hotel. Another Jollibee branch is soon to open nearby (Yabut Circle). The rooms are spacious and clean, it has cable TV and a small water dispenser ( hot water is not working). They have a nice bathroom as well. The staffs were just ok. Some are nice and accommodating, others are unpleasant. I don't know maybe they are just tired. But still they should be polite all the time. By the way, RedDoorz @Kalayaan rooms are inside Just Beds Hotel in Kalayaan Avenue.

More than I bargained for”
I was very pleased with the room. Excellent value for the money because I found a "special" on Agoda. Large room. Hot water in the CR. Nice !! It's not a four-star place and doesn't pretend to be. There were a few shortcomings: The WiFi in the room is beyond bad; it essentially doesn't exist. But if you can live without WiFi for a few hours, then that's not a show stopper. The cheap fitted sheets did not stay fixed to the mattress. Easy to fix -- just make the bed yourself. Location is bad. You need to take a taxi to go anywhere. That effectively raises the price of the place and lowers the "value for money." I hiked over to Global City a few times in about 20 minutes. I had to walk in the busy road because there is, effectively, no sidewalk. I tend to hike everywhere, so this 20-minute hike was not a problem for me. But I know many people would abhor such a walk. Aside from the pitiful WiFi, this place lives up to its billings very well.

Poor cleanliness and Insensitive Staff”
There were no trash bins inside the room. The toilet smelled horrible when we arrived, and there are no outlets to plug our devices for charging. On our last night, we were sleeping, and around three in the morning, they knocked on our door to ask if there was an extra person with us. This is something they could have done in the morning instead of waking us up at an ungodly hour. This hotel needs cleanliness and hotel staff sensitivity training. I will never recommend this place to any of my friends or families.

The room was good.. But the services is not. ”
Start from check in I've waited 30 mins. Bago ko nkuha room number ko... The room is pretty good... But the services wow super delayed.... Alam mo yung pang third night mo nag request ka nang new towels by 7 pm then naligo nalng ako kahit dipa dumating kasi nag hour nalang wala parin... Tapos pag tawag mo ulit sasabihin bukas nalang daw ng umaga... Wow men ang galing din eh paasa ang service... Nung unang tawag sana sinabi agad.. Nakakapang init ng ulo ha... At dipa sila nakuntento.. Nag request din ako ng cleaning sa room kasi pang third day na once lang din un na request kasi nga wala namang walis sa room ako nlng sana mag lilinis nakakahiya naman po sa mga tauhan nila.... So yun nga nag request ako by 9am engtegel tigi nag 12 noon nlang wala parin... Tumawag ako ulit.. Tapos ang sabi lang ma'am pwede po after lunch break.. Wow men hiyang hiya talaga ako promise.. Nakaka headache sila huh.. So yun na dumating sila by 1 ata... Kuya at ate ayusin nyo trabaho nyo.
