STRESSFUL”
Actuall i arrived at the hotel which i choose at CLER GRAND HOTEL Roxas City by Redoorz,when i arrived at 8-9pm september 13 i approach the receptionist for my confirmed booked hotel by AGODA,the receptionist was unable to check me in at the hotel due some problem of my booking,she said that my booking reference was unable to review in the system,i feel to annoyed because i asking what would be happened to me now?.i book the hotel yesterday september 12 12am and yes its confirmed based on my email and i show it to her as proof,she said that the Redoorz wasn't informed me about the problem because they having a brown out at 6am september 14 saturday,.i said what the heck!..your hotel doesn't have a generator set..so i ask her if you can call the customer service of that Redoorz and ask what should be the best thing that they can do for my booking..im so tired at that night for a long travel from bacolod city for almost 7hours to travel plus the traffic..the customer service of the Redoorz cannot respond instantly as per the receptionist,.so due to very tired and scared coz i dont even know that place is..i have only booked only the location i know only is the hotel..then after 15 minutes the redoorz customer service respond and said they want me to change a hotel which affiliated to their business...since im really tired i have no choice then..its not convenient..!..i spend again a money for fair only to go to whey suggested hotel..they dont even said or call me as early that the hotel i choose first is not available and had a problem..i came to the hotel..the Merced Hotel,they choose me a room for a suite type..maybe they want me to not be so annoyed..well thank you for that..but i can afford it if i really want..only i need that night is a sleep and rest to a nice room type..

My agoda booking was confirmed from my email then when I called the hotel to re-confirm on our way, the lady said it’s not confirmed on their system... I have to pay the hotel on a higher price just for us to be accomodated.. it’s a hassle!

Not Worth It”
The room smells filthy. Moist or something. The toilet isn't even cleaned. The tissue in the toilet was used and has yellow stains on it. The room is spacious though but the bed sheets and pillow case --- smelly and has mark stains on it. Filthy type of stains. There's a lot to stay in Roxas City, keep away from this hotel!

Acceptable”
The hotel is very old and the room we got looked like it's been a while since someone stayed there. There were cobwebs in the room. The towels have holes in them. Early check in is available but at Php 100/hour. Extra person is Php 300. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

근처에 작은 아울렛 같은게 위치해 있고, 그곳에 작은 슈퍼도 입점해 있어서 필요한걸 바로 사서 숙소에 들고 올수 있음. 가격이 너무 싸서 기대를 전혀 안했는데, 생각보다 방도 깨끗한 편이고, 위치도 좋고, 엘레베이터는 없었지만 2층이 전부인거 같아서 별 불편함은 없었음. 대체적으로 가격이 너무 저렴해서 가성비 따지면 만족할수 밖에 없음.

Cheap room, rude staff”
Ok naman sana kase very cheap sya compared sa ibang hotels sa Roxas City. Kaso yung isa sa mga receptionists nila, hindi na nga marunong magcheck ng booking namen, hindi pa marunong magexplain nang maayos na pay at the hotel ang booking nila, which is very confusing sa part namen kase nag-ask ng cc details si Agoda for the booking. We were very tired dahil sa byahe from Caticlan and we arrived at 8pm, all we wanted was to lie down and rest. Pero ang tagal naresolve dahil paulit-ulit lang kame ng sinasabi kase di rin sya nakikinig sa paliwanag namin. 3pax pa ang nasa booking namin tapos nagiinsist sya na for 2pax lang ang room. Never going back here.
