The staff is courteous. Although the hotel is new and unknown to the tricycle driver, but it is accessible to all places like provincial capitol, church and others. The room is big and I like the door security (hi-tech)

Nothing is special. Basic accommodation, but location is a bit far from city center so expect to be shelling out a lot for transpo and tricycle drivers in Roxas charge very high. The reception is very helpful. You can only book through Reddoorz or Agoda/booking dot com

Even after one year the toilet stil broken. No toilet paper. No bottle water. Many little flies. The desk boy came with incect spray. He saw the flys. Staf verry friendly and helpfull.

I booked 4 standard room for whole family of 8 adults and a small boy.The room for the prices was ok. The interior design of rooms was ok. The only downside was their reception counter was on 3rd level. Rooms are all at 3rd and 4th floor. If you have elderly with walking issue, you might need to consider other options

Management need to work on their rooms' cleanliness”
My daughter called in advance to request for a low-floor room due to my leg injury and a clean room as well. But I ended up getting a high-floor room and the blankets and sheets were dirty, when I asked the reception for a different room, they did not help me with it and told me it's the best one they could offer despite our early requests. I switched to a different hotel and was accommodated better over there. The only positive thing with my room here was the AC working well.

We stayed for 3nights. 3adults 2kids in the family room. The booking was only for 2adults max plus the kids. They were kind enough to let us have the 3rd adult join in. However.. - there is access to hot cold water in the reception, but no cups or glass in the room -rooms of the hotel were all in the 2nd floor. Not easily when lugging heavy bags. - ceiling leaked when it rained on the 3rd night. Our 2nd bed was soaked - the bathroom was so cramped. The shower was right infront of the basin. You will have the whole bathroom wet by the time you finish. Shower was slippery. My 7yrs old slipped twice - no toilet paper. The blankets were paper thin. Wastebin was so tiny (10l?). The room was not cleaned for the 3nights we were in. Towels werent changed for our entire stay I wish i booked hotel veronica or somewhere better
