VERY AFFORDABLE ROOM”
I will give a rating of 8 out of 10. These are the things I like about their hotel: 1. The room is very clean and spacious, 2. They have complimentary water, shampoo, body soap and toothpaste and tooth brush; 3. They have room telephone; 4. They have smart tv; 5. They have fast wifi ; 6. They have cold and hot shower; 7. Clean CR; 8. They have water heater for coffee lover like me; 9. Their room Aircon and bed are so good 10. I stayed in room 4D at 4th floor Here are my slight dislike about their hotel: 1. No elevator, so if your room is in 4th floor like mine I think you will need to exercise Abit haha 2. You can hear people talking outside your room; 3. Not so sliding door of CR in Room 4D where I stayed; 4. You have to seat in Sofa to watch TV. Comment on their staff : 1. Very accommodating, 2. They are very funny and friendly; 3. They even guided to choose which places to visit in town and where to commute for less. Very good. This are my honest review. Not scripted nor dictated. Thank you so much! Rating: 8/10 ☺️

Very reasonable priced accommodation ”
This is a decent priced room with a comfy bed and air con and tv as well as shower with water heater. I made the booking for two people however there was only one towel and one soap given we had to ask receptionist for more, the air con did work but it took ages to cool the room down and it was partially down the fact the room Was on the fifth floor and the stairs are very steep so we arrived hot and sweaty into a already hot room. But value for money is great. I would suggest they offer a blanket that is not so small as well. And the tv channels didn’t change so we gave up on the tv. But I would gladly stay there again for the price I paid.

Easy access to transportation & facitlities”
This is a good place to book when looking for a place just nearby BGC or around the Taguig area. A short walk will lead you to a convenience store and a bus stop where you can easily take a ride to BGC (Market Market). The staff are nice and definitely would book here again. CR and rooms are clean too!

To Improve”
Some rooms were great, others were not so. The 5th floor rooms have well maintained facilities while the 4th floor one (the one we stayed at this time), does not. The air conditioning does not function well, the CR's sliding door was so hard to slide, and the shower's heater was not fixed. However, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it has a terrace so it's still a good deal. Will come back but will opt to get the 5th floor rooms if

✓ Value for money ✓ Good location ✓ Friendly front desk staff ✓ Nice hot & cold shower ✓ Fast internet X Loud and noisy aircon X Housekeeping staffs are noisy, esp in the morning X Incomplete table where you can put your stuffs X NO SLIPPERS X Some parts of the room are broken. X The TV doesn't have any other available shows. Staying here is good, when you just need a safe place for a night. But not good for a longer stay.
