Like comments done for elsewhere, Red doorz is my favorite and likewise, Agoda. But as a frequent tourist/traveller, i'm speechless in front of the unprofessionalism unfolded by this partner of Red doorz. For 1, i arrived at the place by 12.40+, it's then ok for me to be put on hold by the receptionist til 2pm for check-in (both Red Doorz's and the place' policy say so). For 2, i came back at 2.10 pm, and this time, Tuấn, the receptionist, told me to wait cuz the house keeper no-showed (?). Then i had to wait to hear him lecturing me that "you should make note upon booking on Agoda that you will come @ 2pm cuz people usually come at 4/5pm (?). And for 3, i was finally up to my room at 3.35-40pm to see its lower grade in amenities, cleanliness and space than the one i just checked out that same day (while the price tag is stiffer than the previous's; this is also a partner of Red Doorz, having well-placed location and spacious rooms). May Agoda, Red doorz & your partners prosperity!

Highly recommend this place for everyone has been looking for a budget place to stay. You pay less but you get more than a 3star in HCMC. They even offer 42inch smart TV in the room which is not available for even a 3star. Not to mention that they also have new aircon, new water heater and the best of it is, kitchenette. Staff was super friendly abd they would try their best to accommodate your request though their English is limited. Hotel is near local market , so it's kinda to walk around in early morning. You'll get to see real life of locals which is the most fun part to me. Can't wait to come back here next trip.

Exceptional budget hotel”
I've been travelling alot in Viet Nam, but could not find any place like this before. Room rate that I've paid is only 18bucks and I got more than what I had paid for. In the room they have kitchen, smart TV, water heater and lots of things that you need during the stay. To be honest, this is the best budget hotel I've ever stayed in Viet Nam. I still cannot that I could enjoy my stay so much with 18$, highly recommend this place for everyone, especially expat working in Viet Nam because I asked and they do offer monthly rental and the price is also cheap, just around 500bucks a month and with laundry service. Thank you all for making my stay become a memorable one and especially thanks all the reception staff at Front Desk. I'll definately gonna back here if I get a chance to come back Viet Nam.

Suốt 3 đêm thuê, phòng không được vệ sinh mặc dù luôn dặn bảo vệ nhắc vệ sinh, lau dọn, đổ rác, cấp nước uống, thay khăn tắm mới,... song sau mỗi ngày đi làm về không có gì thay đổi. Nói riết chán lắm luôn. Kết luận: Nản
