Good value for money. Location wasn't ideal because no tricycle driver knew where this place was and it was a struggle to explain at times. A bit far from downtown so have to take jeepney there. Staff was really helpful and able to give me airport drop off!

Presentable practical budget friendly hotel”
Hotel location is a bit challenging especially for commuters in such a way that you have to find a better means and way to access the place as it is situated along inner smaller roads in the city. Upon check in @ the counter, staff is approachable. Inside the room, it was very spacious and wide. Floor appears to be presentable and clean. Split Type aircon is new and functioning with a backup small wall fan for your choice of comfort. Flat screen television appears smaller (24") with cable connection mounted nicely on the wall. Restroom is spacious and appears clean with a shower heater for your hot or cold bath options. Unfortunately the wash basin is not functioning well inside. Bed, linens, pillow and towels appear clean. Ceiling and restroom lights are perfectly fine. Lobby provides an amazing view of the city. Free bottle of drinking mineral water, soap and toothbrush with paste for each guest. But some staff don't give mineral water when you are extending your stay for another night. They said that free mineral water is given only on the first day upon check in. You can only get your free water when you ask for it from the other staff on the next shift. Weird, heheh. Not to mention the free usage of the Swimming Pool for all guests up to 10:00pm everyday. So relaxing and full of fun. My overall stay experience is satisfactory and worth-it. A must recommended place especially for travelers who are having a luxury of transportations means. (GA)

The place is great if you want some place to stay for your Tacloban trip. Only 15mins away from downtown. Pool is really amazing for the price of the room per night. I didn’t expect they have something like this in Tacloban and made my long weekend a good one. They should improve the cleanliness of their rooms though. All in all, I’d recommend this for friends.

The staff were friendly but in terms of amenities, the hotel needs to improve. Problems I encountered were: Poor WiFi connection, no elevator, can't use hot and cold shower because of low water pressure so I have to use a dipper and the dipper was broken/damaged.

I really live to visit the place in my next trip to Tacloban. Based on my experienced, i love the place, although not in the main road, but the place is clean, quiet place. I can easily relax on my room and in their pool. Not, too crowded. Its easy to book my accommodation online.
