Best budget booking i've had so far. clean room. everything's working. friendly staff. just a block away from supermarkets and a drugstore. near main roads so you won't have a problem with transpo, but you won't be bothered by noise and pollution as vehicles rarely pass by the street where the place is. walking distance to the church. perfect place to rest after touring. ❤️

They were accommodating. Just a small place....but it's fine.. My only problem is the WIFI connection.. seems poor and slow, had not work well because of the poor internet connection.

Everything is excellent except that their TV have only few channels & there was no internet connection. Good thing they serve delicious food on time at a cheap price. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. All in all I am satisfied.

PROS: The location of the hotel is very near to jaro plaza which is very convenient if you plan to use jeepneys as your mode of transportation since most of the jeepneys pass by the jaro church. It is also near jaro public market if you plan to buy sun-dried seafood and other cheap products. The staff was kind and hospitable. CONS: The hotel and the room is clean but the first time we got into our room there were some insects on the wall, they didn't bother me that much since they went away after a while. The room we had has water heater on it but it was unplugged and we thought it was broken and didn't bother to ask. There was also no bidet as well and you need to ask the staff for a water bucket and a dipper. The aircon on the room itself was also not so cold even if you set it to a lower temperature. Overall the hotel itself can be improved but it was the cheapest hotel I can find that has aircon and has its own shower on its room.

The room was very small and it didn't have a lot of things like a pot to heat water for coffee, mugs, plates, spoon, fork, space for toiletries or skincare in the bathroom.. BUT THE STAFF WERE VERY NICE & ACCOMMODATING. If you're travelling alone and just want a SIMPLE place to sleep in the city, this is a good place. Don't go here if you're planning on spending the whole day in your room. If your main goal is to travel in Iloilo & just need a room to SLEEP then this place will do. Wifi is good, air-conditioning is good as well.

More like a pension house. Room is very small but it will do for 2 pax who just need a place to sleep in. Not very clean but the staff are very accommodating and approachable. It's also near small and big stores so it's convenient for your small needs.

Our stay is fine yet the beds are too noisy when you move while in it. It creates an irritating sound which is not good. Hope such things will be fixed. Other than that everything is good. Thanks

Money and location wise, sulit. Kaya lang yung ibang rooms naka labas yung tubo ng CR sa kisame, kaya tuwing may nag c cr sa taas at nag flush, rinig na rinig at nakakadiri lang lalo na kung kumakain. This is our 2nd stay and the staffs were accomodating and approachable.
