Parking is difficult”
Hotel was clean and staff is really nice and friendly. My main issue is that the doorknob of unit 106 is broken and I have to inform staff to open the door for me each time. parking is the biggest hurdle as it is super tight and staff has to disturb me whenever other guests have to go out of the premises. Do not go if you want your rest disturbed because of guests coming in and out and if you are bringing a car

Hassle when you have a car”
Due to parking constraints, you'll be required to move your car whenever another car needs to go out. Best to stay if you don't have a vehicle. Other than that facility is great.

pros... cheap, cozy, free water,hot water , good location.. cons.. mouldy shower curtain, beddings has hair from previous guest... i am not sure if the beddings was changed , very thin blanket, parking very limited ( u have to move your car if the next guest will park behind you then leave earlier than u... very inconvenient i would recommend this place if you are a single traveler with limited budget otherwise find another room.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER”
When we checked in the room, there was no toiletries & towels prepared. On the second day, we went out but the gate was electronic automatic & we didn't know how to get out. We had to call the caretaker to let us out. When we came back to get ready for our next appointment, we had a hard time getting in too. Its kind of a hassle plus they didn't give us any orientation or info how to get in and out of the hotel house. We got home late & the room code expired, we weren't able to contact the owner because even the caretaker doesn't know how to reach him aside from calling his only number. She doesnt even know where he lives! So meaning if there was fire or what, we will probably die because even the caretaker doesn't have any solution. We ended up calling the police to help us get in the room. We had a very early flight the next day plus exhausted from what we had to do earlier in the day. TOTALLY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. To the owner, fix your DAMN CHECK-IN SYSTEM AND SERVICE.

Floor is damage, there's a bed bug, lot of mosquitoes, shower curtain has molds, small shower area, staff not accommodating.

It was so clean! It also have all the essentials I needed. It has water heater, hot shower, coffee cups, glasses, lots of cabinets, hair dryer, fast wifi etc. Though, the place was hard to find. It has a great value for money. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again
