The location of the hotel is so nice and relaxing! The room is clean though the water from the shower and faucet smells like canal :( I wasn't able to shower after swimming in the beach.

The views are fantastic and the Posiden waterfront restaurant/ bar is a great way to relax and enjoy a swim or watch the sunset. Not sure why Red Doorz does not include pictures of the waterfront bar it beautiful!!!

The place is calming and quiet. I enjoyed my stay bec I've been assigned on the room w/ strong signal and w/ the view of the beach. Room is also spacious, I was able to celebrate my anniversary w/ my hubby! 💖

I wa bitten by the property owner's Chow Chow dog, which in the first place, shouldn't be there anywhere within the premises considering it's a hotel where guests can freely go near the beach. The dog was unleashed and attacked us. I got deep bites and our supposed 5-day vacation in time for my birthday was ruined that we ended in a public hospital for urgent anti-rabies and anti-tetanus shots. When we got back to the hotel in the night, I made clear with the management we would be checking out in the morning as I had to continue the vaccine doses in Makati Medical Center where all my doctors are. I asked for reimbursements of the hospital expenses and booking for the next 3 nights + they had to give me in advance an estimate of the succeeding shots, doctor's fees and medications. They said the dog has complete vaccines but they couldn't show me the book. In the morning, sure enough, we had a hard time getting what I asked for. The management wanted me to, again, pay for all the expenses myself and I had to show them the receipts before they could reimburse. They had mw talk to the lawyer, etc. To make the story short, they finally give in to my demand - rough estimate of the next shots and I signed off. At Makati Med emergency, I was reassessed...the bites were too deep that I had to have comolete 3 more shots within 2 weeks, and the vial costs 8,000+ each excluding doctor's fee. Just changing the gauze bandage there that time cost me Php3,000++.. So, the property owner wanted me to shell out?? Good thing I know my rights. It's their responsibility under Philippine laws. The Php13,000 they gave me in advance isnothing as I will pay myself more than double that amount. And what about my safety and peace of mind not to mention the inconvenience? If not for the rceptionist, Ate, who is so level-headed, ahhh.... They thought letting the lawyer talk to me on video call would stop me from pursuing my rights? The owners never talked to me, they didn

No drainer; staff suddenly opened our room”
The view is amazing and looks good when you take a picture. The problem is the CR, it has no drainer at the toilet bowl’s floor so the water gets stuck. Also, one of the staffs suddenly opened our room with their duplicate key w/o even knocking first. Maybe he wasn’t aware that there’s still people inside, but it is their responsibility. I hope it will not happen again because it made us feel unsafe and privacy compromised.

We booked 1 night stay but when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there were no rooms available. We are then left to look for another hotel late at night. Days after, my bank account was charged and had to inform the bank and the hotel for the refund

the sink and shower area has some hairs left, the water is brown for 3 days and 2 night stay. i dont know but the bed is itchy. they did not offered replacement of bed sheet or what so ever. no signal on the first night stay.
