I booked my mom and brother who were both patients for the nearby hospital. I was managing everything remotely..i thought everything was fine but i found out that they gave them a more expensive room and made them pay more than what was booked. So i called i was furious because i was so tired the whole day then they gave me another problem. One staff said i shouldnt be angry at him bec he wasnt the one who processed the check in .so shall i look for the person before i get angry..

We waited long at the lobby to fix things. Seemed staff are having a hard time checking room availability. I booked one room in addition , credited to my account and AGADO didn’t gave my room notifying me that it didn’t go through. What a bad day .

I've keep on coming back to this hotel whenever I am in Tugegarao. They now have inhouse breakfast. SM Mall is a trike away but for me it a good distance for long walks.

I made reservations through this app but I was told it is already fully booked when I arrived at the hotel. They managed to upgrade me to a more spacious one, but of course with a price. It was a nightmare when someone managed to enter my room from the outside. It was unlockable through key cards, but it appears that you can also open it by using other guests' key cards.
