New hotel”
I was afraid of this hotel, I did not like the reviews it had received. I was suprised when i got there how new it was. Hotel is newer, clean, and comfortable. I had a nice selection of t.v. channels and internet worked fine. The location is a little far out, but I have a bike so no big deal. They won't let you check in before 2, or it's extra. The one thing I did not like was either the owner or manager, no idea what her actual title is. I stood there waiting to check in while she attended to personal business, and never even acknowledged my presence. She seemed to have the I am the manager I am important attitude. I was not happy just standing there for at least 10 minutes. But the room was so nice I overlooked her and stayed several days more. The male worker was pleasant and for sure i will stay there again, its too good a value not to.

Nice big room”
Very nice room and brand new look. 2 things : they ask your passport as deposit for guarranty (which i would never accept. In some countries they would just copy them and your life is over) . Then i suggested (room 5) to fix the water heater which was impossible to tweak at good temperature. Had to mix cold and too hot water in the bucket ... Lol

Well, the location was quite out of the touristy spot but was closed to jeep and bus terminal. Rare taxi passed by, but you can ride the jeep and in 3mins you’ll be at the bus terminal there are lots of taxi. Room was okay. The bathroom is weird for the group as we can see the silhouette of the person inside and what she was doing. Please put some more tint on glass wall of the bathroom. Amenities is okay. They have hot & cold drinking water outside the room located at the lobby of each floor. Staffs were okay. Didn’t show negative impression but didn’t exert effort for the accomm.

Cheaper but Customer Service is Cheap”
Dumating kami sa place before 10PM. When we arrived, the reception is already CLOSED. No one entertained us for our booking that is already paid. Then we tried to contact them many times the lines keep ringing but they were not answering our calls. Then we saw a postage on their wall that the hotel keeper is out at 10PM, grabe hindi naman lang kami nainformed sa booking website na wala ng taong magaasikaso at 10PM. When we tried to talk to the receptionist the other day, sagot nila hindi daw 24 hours and service nila. So ayun, our experience is a NIGTHMARE in this place!!!! HOT SHOWER is NOT WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we had to climb up 4 flights of stairs”
it was farther from the airport than we expected. a last minute booking as we were looking for a place to sleep for a few hours before our flight. attendant didn't know how many hours it would take to the airport. cabs may be scarce but jeepneys are available which took us to where the taxis were. quite a comfortable sleep as AC was working well.

Disappointing Staff!”
I arrived at 1 pm and the room was ready and unoccupied but the staff did not let me check in. I asked to make an early check in since it is only an hour ahead and I will be checking out at 4AM but the staff asked me to pay 200 per hour. For heaven's sake! There were even 5 star hotels I stayed that allows me to to an early check in without asking extra fees.

Very Not Satisfied”
Never made up my room for 6 days. Will only make up my room with additional charge. Never cleaned up our garbage bin, we have to put out our garbage bag on our own. Lack of staffs. We can smell cigarette smoke sitting in our door even there is a no smoking sign. No replenishment of toiletries. No rack for the towels in the restroom. Lack of hangers in the closets.
