PROS: the location is accessible to the main highway with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean. CONS: since it’s close to the main highway (España), the traffic and people are audibly loud. The staff were apologetic, (not really their fault) and were kind enough to transfer me to a quieter side of the building. There’s a scheduled water interruption in the evening, so showering beyond 6pm would not be possible. They have the option of letting you make use of a room with a separate water supply (tank), but I didn’t really need to dieting my stay. The staff would willingly help provide water should you need it though. It was a fair accommodation given the price. Over all, the only thing that put me off was the noise, once that was resolved, I had a wonderful stay. I don’t know what the reviews say about the staff, but they were 10/10. I would book it again, but would request a room in a quieter area.

No water beyond 6pm”
We didn't had the change to shower because there is no water beyond 6pm. Other things were great but the water shortage was really disappointing. We were only informed once we got their and had not received any compliments to redeem the disappointment.

Wifi is too weak. TV has only 1 channel and remote control isn’t functioning. Toilet paper isn’t new. It’s like a left over from prev customer. Water is also weak. No elevator.

Rate is practically reasonable. Though the draw back happened that the information that there is water interruption is not stated on line. Guest will only find about it, after they have registered, posted their incidental deposit and have signed all other needed documents. The information about the water interruption is through another waiver indemnifying themselves ( the hotel management ) that the guest was informed and being offered alternative stating that : " if they need to go to the shower, one has to go up to the 4th floor to the common bath area. " , " That water supply will resume by 3am " and " there's a pail and dipper available in your room with water just in case you'll be needing one for toilet flushing. " . Not a good thing to begin with if comfort and convenience is what a hotel should offer.

the location is very bad for a hotel, since its along the highway so expect its too noisy that even the resting time too many jeep or car passes by and theres a schedule for water, no carpark. never coming back again to that place.

Worst of the worsts. ”
Pros: Near a lot of food establishments and very accessible going to different places. Cons: Rude staff, No water available in the bathroom (water interruption affected, yet the staff just told us when we arrived there. They dont even have water collected inside the bathroom.) the aircon is not cold, very small room, visitors are only allowed in the lobby yet they aren't allowed to speak too much. The guard is too nosy. (Always asks us where are we going and other personal stuff) I do not recommend this to anyone. Waste of money. Very stressful and rude staff. Very old building. Will definitely NOT come back here ever again.

Worst Hotel Experience”
We decided to try Red Doorz for the second time trying to give this company a second chance. Our first stay was not so smooth as we have booked a room with them and when we checked in, they no longer manage the room. Had to check out the next day and got charged for the one night stay even though the red doorz representative said that they will just take it out from our original reservation. Moving on to the second booking that we made with them through Agoda. At the check in day, we were harassed by the employees as they wouldn’t allow us to check in with our kids since they said we had to pay for each guest after 2 for 500 Pesos. Paying the fees is not a problem, however the advertisement through Agoda clearly stated that children below 12 years old can stay for free. We were 8 in total, 4 kids below 12 and 4 adults. We rented out 2 rooms so that we could all stay in one hotel. I mentioned the advertisement through Agoda a couple of times, but Unfortunately the staff in that this advertisement is false and we had to follow the Hotel Policies. Please stop advertising Red Doorz on Agoda as they are not Friendly to clients. We will not book with them anymore. If I could give them negative 10 then I will definitely give them that. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE!!!

Red Doorz Espana, poor service experience, unfriendly staff, I booked and paid the reservation online , but the unfortunately they were already fully booked without informing us properly. We waited too long for their assistance, but they failed. Very hassle and inconvenient for the guests.
