Nice staff, noisy night with cars driving on roads”
Staff is helpful and eager to solve my difficulties, just can't sleep well at night time as inn is near the road, many motors pass and extremely noisy. Have to travel tricycles to sm mall or mcquee mall, even to terminals. The environment inside inn is nice and quiet.

It was good to stay in your hotel, they treat us good when we check in, nice staff and owner, near in marquee mall, hotel just need a bit renovation and good management, but im very comfortable to stay there, there very nice to us, taking care of us,all i ask is cable channel in the room.

Okay hotel for a night”
Pool wasn't working during our stay. It was dirty and we were told they were replacing the filters. The restroom had heaters and water was okay however, faucet was rusty. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. TV in the room wasn't working as well. This is an okay place if you want a good night rest.

Poor location and very helpful staff”
We found this hotel on Hotelscombined and chose it for the location shown there. We didn't double check on Agoda, so we never realized it was actually quite far from the center. However it was a short walk to Marquee Mall, where we could spend our evening before our early flight out of The Philippines. The staff at check-in were really bad and not very helpful. They couldn't help us arrange transport to the airport in the morning at a reasonable price. We were offered either a van for 800 PHP or one guy who wanted 500-600 to pick us up with a tricycle and put us in taxi. We did the latter option, but arranged on ourselves at 4:30 in the morning. It was no problem getting a tricycle for 50-60 PHP to the taxi station and from there 300 PHP to the airport. The best part about our stay though was that they did arrange breakfast for us at 4 a.m. But that was pretty much the only good thing. The toilet didn't flush properly, the water in the faucet came out as red slush when we turned it on, the water in the shower was really weak (don't wash your hair if want to have your shampoo rinsed out OK). The TV set wasn't working as the antenna connection in the wall was thrushed into the wall. One of the bedside lamps had a broken bulb hanging out of it, while the other started blinking when we tried to hook up a battery recharger in a socket in the other side of the room. We hadn't even turned the light on. We would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone except as a last resort. We stayed in a standard room.

Budget option hotel that has seen better days. It's a privately owned hotel that is fairly cheap on Agoda due to its location. Plus the furniture and appliances and tv in all the rooms are literally a blast from past. We're talking early 90s stuff that hasn't changed at all. Forget about LCD TVs in your room.

creepy old hotel that has seen better days, that's for sure. old and could use some remodeling. the shower and cr is my biggest let down... there is virtually no water pressure from the shower it's a complete joke. basically you gotta go filipino style and use that damn bucket. just everything in the room is old and a bit run down. this is a budget option and is quite far from the action on fields, so i would advise renting a motorbike to come here reliably. not really recommended.....unless you want to stay super close to marquee mall.

It is the first hotel that brought me chills when i turned the faucet on. Blood colored fluid came out. It made me feel afraid to turn on the shower. Luckily the shower was not functioning and I had to use pail. At night it was like a haunted house inside. TV in the reception area is on but no light and no people. I hope they can improve coz their location is good.

A place to sleep for just 8 hours”
Its just an ordinary,creepy hotel.we were just the guests that time and the place is so old and need more renovation.tv is not working.no toilet flush,.etc..value for money is good.but the staff keeps on telling that the swimming pool is ok and available.but when we were there,the water is too dirty.staff needs more training when talking to guests...

This hotel needs an over haul”
I checked in for 7 days,in a stay that was booked for 2people =2 breakfasts,but I was on my own I took what I thought was the option of extra toast,only to be charged extra very sneakily by the friendly manager There was no shower working,all of my stay,just used the tap and bucket to wash and shave plus no water in the pool ,and then have the cheek to charge you for extra toast nearly 300 pesos I will not be returning
