Regency grand suite is in Birch tower, they share the building with condo tenants, and thr other side of thr building is occupied by JMM grand suites. Check with the hotel ahead, as they don't have parking available. I initially booked for 2 nights but decided to spend my 3 nights in Poblacion, Makati. I requested the hotel of they can make an exemptiom to change my booking, they were nice to make the changes and still retain the promotiom I got from Agoda. I got my one night stay for 1700 pesos then I received Agoda cashback for about 300 pesos. I like how huge the bed, balcony and partial seaview of manila bay. there's mini fridge, microwave, kitchenware, free water, water heater. The bathroom hot and cokd shower not working well but it is okay, they also provided soap, shampoo, toothbrush, and slippers. There's resto at the ground floor. Check in is at 3PM and check out 12noon. There is sauna opens at 5pm, and lap pool, gym. They asked for 2000 pesos security deposit at the time of check in, refundable upon check out. Always check agoda from time to tome for available promotions and discounts.

Surprisingly Affordable!”
I am quite shocked at the size of the room (especially for what I paid)! The suite really was quite spacious and had a beautiful partial view of the bay. The hotel is located inside Birch Tower (which travelers should note to schedule their pick-up/drop-off point on Grab here). Though there is no breakfast provided, there is a small cafe on the lobby floor as well as a 2 min walking distance to Robinson Mall. Restroom is clean and pool amenity is easily accessible.

Located near Robinsons Manila, in a high tower, our room was located in 49th floor and the views were great. The room were in good shape and clean. The staff was friendly.

Efficient Service”
We stayed at this hotel as a couple. We needed to be at an organization’s event. The room was clean and ready before we even checked-in. The towels and sheets were replaced on demand. We were able to use the hotel pool and the gym was also available. We were not able to try any of the food at this hotel since all our meals were covered by the event organizers at a different hotel nearby. Check-out was also hassle-free. I can definitely recommend this hotel if you beed to be within this location.

Great Stay!”
I don't know about the other negative comments, but I stayed in this hotel for a week on the 24th floor at their premium suite with the partial view of Manila Bay. Elevator was working well. And room was very clean. I was also surprised that they gave me 3 bottles of water and tissue everyday which I rarely experienced in hotels. Whatever I asked they would promptly provide like the canopener, iron for clothes, changing my blower and having my room clean. They also havr a microwave and complete set of utensils, plates, water heater, coffee, tea, cream and sugar. It was just 10 mins away from St Luke's extension clinic and about 15 minutes away from the USEM, which is great for those who has appts there. Though it's 20 to 30 minute ride to and from the airport it was still okay, you just need tp be early fpr your flight. I just booked Grab for my ride. It's also just infront of Robinsons Manila. I had a great experience staying here.

Superb”
This is my 1st time booking a hotel thru agoda and it was a superb experience. Regency Grand Suites lived its 3 star status. very well kept.. maintained and it doesnt feel like a 3 star hotel. more of a 4 star. The room was so nice... the bed is so large and the view superb. The heater works. there were no critters / roaches. Coffee and water is replenish each day. The staff are all friendly and accomodating. WE were supposed to check in at 3pm but since the room is already available at 130... they allowed as an early check in. i recommended this hotel to my friends and will surely book again!!! I loved my stay at the Regency Grand Suites. The place was a minute walk from Robinson mall. Jollibee and Macdonald are close by as well. The best part about the stay was by far the service. My flight back to the united states was delayed by 9 hours. I needed to extend the room for another day so I have a place to rest. The hotel was sold out on the internet, and the closest hotel with vacancy was 15 min away. I went to the front desk, after balancing the inventory. Ms Chew was able to put me into a clean room right away. Thanks for saving my day.

Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Our room has a perfect view of the city and the Manila Bay. Walking distance to Robinsons, restaurants, bars, money changer, bank, parks and public transport very accessible. Room is always clean and customer's safety is always their priority. Thank you! Right next door to Robinsons mall”
Robinsons mall has a grocery store. Dennys restaurant, Food court and all the shopping you can handle Across the street from United States Embassy. This makes a great home base. Night time can be alittle colorful with the street people. Hun at the front desk was a big help and always had a smile. Thank you Hun for your help.

We stayed in the 49th floor and we had an amazing view of Manila Bay. The place is walking distance from Robinson's Place, Manila, and easily accessible to other tourist destinations in Manila. The only downer is that they only offer street parking. Or you can park at Rob. The pool at the 9th floor is small, but clean. My kids enjoyed swimming there.

This is my 2nd time staying at Regency Grand Suites. It never disappoints. From the time I check in until I check out, I have not had any complaint about the hotel.
