Comfy Hotel in Davao”
I am a budget-conscious traveler who like to get the most of my money for a hotel. The hotel is strategically located at the heart of the city. Public transportation is no problem. My stay at Regency has been very pleasant. I book a double premium room and I am pleased. The air-conditioner, hot water, wi-fi, cable are all working well. My accommodation even includes a plate-in breakfast. I strongly recommend Regency Inn.

Double Deluxe Room has no windows”
I booked three Double Deluxe at Regency Inn through Agoda but when I checked Inn, the hotel front desk gave us three Twin Deluxe. They told me that they are giving us three Twin Deluxe instead of three Double Deluxe because the Double Deluxe does not have no windows. This fact is not indicated in the room info in the Agoda website. The Double Deluxe at Regency Inn does not have windows!!

Lovely Hotel at an affordable price.”
it was my first time to relax at regency inn on a weekend. i love the place because aside from its affordability, it is just a walk from malls, hospitals, and churches. the room is fully carpeted and an elevator for easy access to our room. i was expecting that they have a swimming pool because of the big space they have but i was wrong. i tried their massage service its only not bad at all compared to other hotels. lastly, i just want to suggest that they should add more lights in the room because they have only 1 light in the ceiling and its too dark during the day.

Regency Inn is definitely a favourite hotel that I would recommend. Room is very clean and has comfortable bed. TV was small but not too much bothered. The bathroom was good however the shower would take long for the hot water to heat up. Staff were friendly and prompt to fix any issues or anything that we needed.

A good place to stay”
This was my 2nd stay at Regency and once again I was very happy here. The staff are friendly and helpful & there are many good choices in the adjoining restaurant/cafe. A short walk to Gaisano & a short taxi ride to most places. Huge comfortable bed and a really good shower. Free wi-fi and that's all i need for a short stay. Good value in my opinion. Rooms could do with an extra power point that would be my only complaint. Always something needs charging these days.

Stayed in Regency Inn for 3 nights and it was a good choice. The hotel is located conveniently in a quite part of the Davao City. The room is big and spacious, and clean.. The breakfast was good and the staff were real helpful.

Stayed here many times and I keep returning. This time after one week at Marco Polo and even if the standard is lower here on regency Inn, I still find this place smoother and more to the point than pretentious Marco. If the install safe on the room and a small refrigerator they would get an even higher grade.

Hotel is located in Poblacion - near Gmall, Ateneo de Davao. Easy to go around Davao area due to accessibility to all types of public transportation (i.e. Jeepneys and taxis) Bathroom needs thorough cleaning particularly the floor tiles and glass door in the shower area.

Convient and cheap”
a very convient place to stay. it is near all the major shopping centers with the exception of sm city of davao which is about 20 mins depending on traffic. also very close to sta.anna wharf for all your diving/snorkeling needs as well as other water sports. if you are planning diving courses, i would recommend "wind and wave". they are more expensive then "carabao dive center" but the quality of instruction is by far worth the additional cost when compared. however carabao dive center is the cheapest for buying equipment. taxi's are sometimes hard to get at the hotel but a short stroll to the corner at the end of the street is much easier! all in all a comfortable stay!

This hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. It was quiet and room was comfortable with ample hot water for showing. The only downfall was the breakfast which wasn't very good but edible. Ideal place to stay for local attractions and shopping in Davao.

Reasonably priced in the city”
Celebrated our wedding at the Regency. No complaints about that arrangement. Got two extra rooms for family and friends. Rooms clean enough. Solid bed spreads. I often freeze at night in Filipino hotels, not here. We did not quite have a bridal suite, but three low-priced rooms are better, when there is a large entourage. Not much dining at the Regency, except for wedding receptions, but not far to go for food. Also walking distance to Gaisano mall.
