Poor Customer Service ”
I woke up at 4am and there was no water supply at the bathroom. Try to called the front desk but unfortunately the phone inside the room was not working. So I went out and personally talked to the front desk lady about the issue and she said it will be taken care of. I wasted my time and energy to go back to her for 4 times with the same complain. Finally my last they informed me that they will be delivering water to our room. At 6:15 two buckets of water were delivered to our room. So better look for other accommodation around the city. Worst experience for an accommodation with the same price range around the city.

What stood out? 1. Not maintained. Looks really old 2. Persinal needs like towel not immediately provided, given a towel but was too worn out. No toiletries (shampoo soap) 3. Needs overhaul and management

Unhelpful staff, not ideal location, OKAY room”
This hotel is where you go to when you need just a place to sleep in and plan to be out most of the time. The staff are not very helpful at all. Room was OKAY. No generator when a blackout happens. Shower heater was OKAY. VERY HARD to grab a taxi during night time. I know it was a cheap rate but at least train your staff to be nice and accommodating. No glowing reviews about this hotel, sorry.

Dirty and disgusting”
Well as we were on our honey moon When I booked, the Hotel showed good room pictures, but the room they gave us was not fit, smelly, dirty, little or no water for shower,so we moved out as soon as we could, it took four flushes for the toilet to clear.

Good location but that's all.”
The hotel is two blocks away from congress area,so location is really perfect. But that's all. The room is like a 3m2 area with no windows. But it did not end there, after a busy day and all we want is to rest...we were greeted but dozens of ants crawling in our bed. All throughout the night, there is an irritating sound coming from the CR, the flash maybe malfunctioned. Hay...wat more can I say, we requested for a room upgrade but they cnt decide since we were booked. sad thing.; (

Poor customer service and pricey rooms”
We were stressed from our arrival to the inn. It was very inconvenient that they do not have any manager to talk with us about our booking concerns personally. They got some mix up with the reservation - we paid for 2 rooms but on their end, the reservation was only 1. We were there for the Masskara festival but the staff doesn't know the schedule of the festivities; they were no help to tourists whatsoever. The rooms were very small and old. We complained that they didn't even clean our room while we're away but a male staff even confirmed that most of their chambermaids are lazy/ do not want to work. The reservation issue got cleared up at our check out fortunately. They didn't even think of apologizing or compensating us though.

Not good accommodation, although the people there are very friendly. The bed is not good, the hot and cold is not functioning, there is no Wifi, the room is very small, and the room and the TV and aircon are all old.

what can i say..... the room is relatively small with ants all over the place. it is far from the commercial area and from the airport which is understandable. the room need to be refurbish coz its already old. but if ur an outdoor type person, its ok to use it for sleeping only. but it is not advisable if ur with someone special.

very dissappointing place to stay”
The name of the hotel is very enticing since it carries a name similar to the posh hotels in manila, we were expecting a very nice accommodation,with good rooms and facilities. Bed sheets are so disgusting to look at, very old sheets were used with repairs through stitches, they don't clean the room everyday unless you request,tissues, soap, towels are not changed. The place is so far from the downtown area, not so accessible to the public utility jeepneys. Rooms are too small with inconsistent water supply.

不愉快”
バスで6時間かけて、20時前に着いて疲れてるなか、アゴダで予約したと言っても、アゴダでの取り扱いはしてないと言われ、バウチャーを見せても、要領をえず、金を払えと言われ、クレジットカードで払ってると言ったら、クレジットカードは取り扱ってないと言われました。根本的に理解してないみたいで、どこかに電話してやっと納得したらしく、30分以上待ってやっとチェックインできました。ごめんのひとことも無かったうえに、荷物を置いてすぐに、外出するためにカギを渡すと、チェックアウトかって言われました。そんなわけないやろと思い、ほんまに腹がたちましたね。次の日の朝も食事のために外出するのでカギを渡すと、チェックアウトかって再度言われました。手ぶらでチェックアウトせんがなとかなり不愉快になりました。ずっと同じ人が対応しててこれですからあきれました。お客さん多いわけやないのに。ただ、安く泊まるには、場所も良くいいです。
